I’m not one to review anything but Whoever the person is that answers the phone there, doesn’t deserve to work for any professionals whatsoever. Talks down to people and very unhelpful.

No one answers the phone there , I’ve been calling for two days and they just put me on hold and then just transfer me to voice mail , I Wanted to schedule my first visit but it’s not worth it , I will change to another primary physician , don’t loose your time.

When I got my insurance with BCBS .. and I asked them to see if Dr Collins was taking new patients.. They said yes .. BCBS SIGN ME W THIS DOCTOR 2 year ago .. and he was available.. he was very well recommended by friends... This is the second year he was my primary care doctor.. Today when I called to make an appointment.. The lady that answered the phone was very cold and dry .. prefer the call to someone else when I asked to make an appointment she told me VERY RUDE .. very unprofessional.. need to learn how to talk to people .. and said that I needed to contact BCBS .. and prefer to another doctor of there office if I wanted to continue going there .. I am sure the doctor don’t know that this person that works for him talk to there patients like this .. I will not call and I don’t recommend this office.. VERY BAD .very well recommended doctor ... the doctor is good but not going there ..and I will change my primary doctor.. lost not only one patient but will life more if have people like this working for him and this office ... Dr Collins exemplifies everything you want in a Doctor. The care I receive is excellent. My office visits are never rushed. I travel from Bradenton to see him, so that should tell you something. Behind every successful person is a support staff. Ashley his P A. Is phenomenal. I recommend Dr Collins and his office without any reservation

I feel very satisfied with dr Collins and his staff. He is very professional and has taken the time to explain to me my shoulder situation. Highly recommended

excellent. However I strongly recommend his nurse practitioner, Teresa. She is a star!

Dr. Collins is very attentive to your needs and feelings. At 80 years old I find it refreshing in this time and age of medicine to have him for a doctor.

Don't bother with this mickey mouse practice. Very disrespectful of the patient's time. Extremely long wait times in the waiting room. Extremely unprofessional and rude. They wasted 3 hours of our time and my wife decided to give up and leave. We'll send them a bill for our wasted time. Dr Collins is a very caring physician who watches out for your overall heath. He is well connected in the community when a specialist is needed for any particular health concern. We have enjoyed great care and advise from Dr Collins and his staff. Highly recommend.

Dr. John Collins is very professional in his approach and has great contacts in the local market for any medical specialists that might be required. He was previously Chief of Staff at Sarasota Memorial Hospital and is still highly regarded there. I highly recommend him as a competent and also friendly family doctor.

In the past, Dr. Collins health care and advice concerning our child has been great. However, I attempted to make an appointment today and spoke with "Penny". She was not helpful and left me confused and concerned about how my child would gain access to his health care provider. Moreover, I was very concerned about how my wife and I would be advised on serious issues currently facing our child. I am very disappointed with the treatment I received while attempting to make an appointment after my son has been a patient here for over 5 years. So, we are left searching for a new doctor for him. There is enough rediculousness to deal with; with higher insurance premiums, changing health coverage, etc. to have to deal with rude,office personnel without empathy.
