Everything went well. Everyone was very good.

Everyone was so helpful and friendly! Dr Clayton was very personable and answered all my endless questions. Debra was very informative too and really helped me understand the whole surgery/insurance/payments process. Both were very patient, kind and knowledgeable.

I had surgery with Dr Clayton, he’s very professional. He answered all my questions and concerns before surgery. He and his staff were available and very helpful after the procedure explaining the healing process and address any problems that came up throughout recovery. They were quick and kind when returning any messages. His staff is wonderful and so easy to work with! I would definitely recommend him to any friends or family!

Dr. Clayton is a highly skilled plastic surgeon and his bedside manner is excellent. He has done an outstanding job taking care of 2 of my family members; he reconstructed my daughter’s lip artfully after a skiing injury. Masterful! I highly recommend Dr. Clayton and his wonderful, friendly staff.

(For cosmetic facial mole removal) Dr. Clayton and his staff were professional and informative on what the procedure would entail. I found that the cost was reasonable compared to other locations. I appreciated his straightforward and honest answers to my questions, which I guess a lot of people on here mistaken for rudeness? I would recommend him.

My wife had surgery elsewhere and had a lot of issues, including a wound opening up completely. Dr Clayton rushed to help us and even though it wasn’t his work, he had no problem stepping in to make sure we were taken care of and still had great results. She’s having her next surgery with Dr Clayton!

Finished surgery yesterday and so excited to see the results! Dr. Clayton has the best bedside manner and goes above any beyond for his patients. Definitely recommend!!

PLEASE do not waste your time on Dr. Clayton. Not only did he shout at me, and make snarky comments with my daughter present; he blew into the door saying “look, you want the surgery or not?” He treats his patients with disrespect, unkind behavior, and is sociopathic and narcissistic He didn’t bother explaining the procedure in detail at all; making me fearful and nervous not fully understanding what I’d be going through. Very unhappy with several things.. I knew I would have to pay out of pocket since it was for a mole removal that was cosmetic. They made me come in for a $160 consultation. Dr. Clayton just peeked at the moles and said yes we can take them off. And asked if we planned to run them through insurance. I said if it was possible to test them yes, they would be great! After I got the $160 consultation bill, I called and asked how much a the mole removal would be. They had a medical assistant call me back. She told me $200 for the first and $100 for the second. I was willing to pay that! At the mole removal appt. Dr. Clayton came in and told me it’s $500 for the first mole $250 for the second. I told him I had a called last week and they told me different. Him and his assistant pretty much laughed at me and said some snarky remark. They also said they usually quote me for that. Well what was the point of the consultation because they obviously didn’t quote me! He asked again if I was going to go through insurance and said you have to get pre-approved if you want to use insurance.. umm. Again what was the consultation for??? After he removed the moles, I asked if they stitch it to close the hole (I am thinking you can stitch it up, tape it, staple, glue)? His remark was “unless you want me to leave it open.” I found him very condescending, rude and didn’t communicate with his staff. I don’t even want to return to get my stitches out. A $300 procedure will be coasting me at least $910. Will never go back to this guy! Very unhappy with several things.. Dr. Clayton is the best! He spoke with my OB and was able to get the surgery I needed with her and the one I wanted with him at the same time. His work is amazing and he helped me feel like my old self again. His whole office made me feel like I was a personal friend they were going to take great care of. I have recommended to a friend recently and she loved his office and his work too! Dr. Clayton is the best! I’ve had such an amazing experience with Dr. Clayton! Through this entire process I have felt super comfortable and known I’ve been in the best hands possible. He is super knowledgeable and makes sure you understand everything about the procedure and post op care. His bedside manner is A1, I’ve always felt comfortable in his care and I’m very happy with my results! I couldn’t imagine going elsewhere for my future needs! Dr. Clayton was a pro from the beginning! On the day of surgery, I almost backed out, but Dr. Clayton calmed me down because he focused on exactly what they would be doing and how. He reassured me that he'd done this procedure hundreds of times. The surgery went fabulously and I'm over-the-top happy with the results! I cannot recommend him enough! Unfortunately I have to give 1 star!!!! DO NOT go to this office!!! They will take care of you perfectly, THEN THEY WILL BILL YOU MONTHS LATER AND SEND YOU TO COLLECTIONS TOO! The BEST of the BEST! I’m so happy I chose Dr. Clayton for my “Mommy Makeover”. He and his staff are the absolute best. I am so happy with my results and would choose him 1000% over. He is an absolute master at his craft. Thank you, Dr. Clayton and Quinn:)

Dr. Clayton is willing to listen, fix, do what it takes to make sure you are happy. He is kind and has a great bedside manner! I had problems with my surgery and He, Debbie and Quinn were so helpful! Quinn was awesome!
