Dr. John Mitchell Clarke

I had a very bad hiatal hernia. My stomach was up against my heart. Dr. Clarke operated on me. That was twelve years ago and I'm now seventy-nine and doing fine. Thank you, Dr. Clarke.

Dr. Clarke has operated on me three times, and he'll do a fourth operation next Wednesday (1/13/21). I have nothing but positive things to say about him.

He removed a lipoma (lump) from my neck in July 2020. He was amazing. His staff are kind and patient (and efficient). Overall - a great experience. His age (i.e. a LOT of experience) is an asset.

I'm friends with every Doctor that I have ever had in my short life so far. Doc Clark walked in the room and it was like we new each other for 20 years. So far I'm over the top with happiness with Doc and for the first time I'm really looking forward to get to my surgery day. Doc Clark is the best of the best and I'm very very happy that Doc Clark is my Doc. and surgeon thank you very very much SIR.

My wife, who had Hernia surgery two weeks ago, and I were very pleased finding a Doctor who cares, listens and is a great surgeon. Fantastic Doctor. We highly recommend Dr. Clarke.

Dr. Clarke's office is professional atmosphere. Minimal wait times. Scheduling appointments and questions are handled quickly. The entire staff is kind, friendly and welcoming. Dr. Clarke looks you in the eye and he listens. No distractions. 2x successful. Both times excellent and professional results.

Dr Clark is a skilled surgeon who is dedicated to his craft. Over the Christmas New Year holiday period (2019-2020) he treated me for a medical emergency at Palms of Pasadena Hospital. He is very attentive and concerned about his patients. I trust him with my life. He has the experience and skill to get you through the toughest situations. He has a great bedside manner.

I had a hernia procedure with Dr. Clarke Oct 15 2019. Today is one week after procedure and my recovery is going excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Clarke to anybody who need surgery.

Dr. Clarke is a concerned, caring, and well studied physician, answering patients' questions in an easily understandable way. He follows through to ensure potential problems do not manifest into larger issues. I was very pleased with Dr. Clarke and would certainly recommend him without reservation.

Excellent Surgeon & willing to explain procedures fully. Also no question. Given to him is a dumb question. Full open comunication. He also returns/makes calls personally, not passing it off to other Staff Members. His Staff are also Great. I would recommend Him & His Office to Anyone!!

I would recommend Dr. Clarke wholeheartedly. Please note that I am a physician also (internist) so I have a good deal of insight into good or not so good docs. In addition he is very personable, takes his time and explains everything thoroughly.

Very satisfied with all aspects of my interaction with Dr. Clarke from careful straight forward diagnosis on my first visit, thru robotic surgery, and follow up examination. Easy to talk with giving clear concise answers. Highly recommend this Dr. Gentleman. Staff was also first rate.

I have never trusted anyone at the first sight to put my life in their hands. Dr. Clarke was a first. I even told him that regardless of how the major surgery went, he has my full support and prayers. Well I was right. He saved my life and there has not been one instance that even a remotest doubt entered my mind about the procedure and post operation care that Dr. John Clarke extended to me. The best care I have ever received by all staff involved with my surgery. I only wish I lived closer. Dr Clarke gave me and my wife personal attention which is rare these days. I give 10/10 with no hesitation!!! Thank you Dr Clarke and staff.

Dr. Clark and his entire staff were very kind and caring. I rarely waited more than 5 or 10 minutes in the office to see Dr Clark. The surgery went really well and the post-operative care was excellent also.

Dr Clarke is an excellent physician as well as a kind and caring person. He listens to your concerns and addresses them. His office staff is excellent. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a surgeon.

I recently had a surgically procedure by Dr Clarke and I was so impressed by his professionalism and concern for my well being. One of the Best Dr we have visited in a while. Would highly recommend him and his staff. Surgery was successful we received very good instructions.

Years ago, Dr. Clarke did hernia surgery on my husband. Once Dr. Clarke started, he found Mark had a dble hernia. Dr. Clarke kept us updated on everything that was going on. Once we got home, Dr. Clarke would call to get updates on his condition, and if we called, he would return our call w/in minutes. Dr. Clarke is a life sent for all the many life's he has saved, and all that have worked with him and . My son now has a hernia, and If I could, I would have Dr. Clarke. I've always respected him.

I am scheduled for a hernia surgery. After meeting Dr. Clarke and his staff, I know I am in good hands. He is a very caring doctor and takes his time to explain things. I am so glad I did my research to find a good surgeon.

Dr Clarke is an excellent surgeon with a wonderful bedside manner. The diagnosis was made and they tried to correct without surgery before they operated. The surgery was painless and did not require pain medication. I highly recommend Dr Clarke.

He’s the right doctor for everyone. The Surgical team introduced themselves before me as they prepared me for surgery. The office staff is awesome, no long waits in the lobby or exam room. So, Dr Clarke has a great practice that I’m thankful for.

Dr. Clarke is an EXCELLENT surgeon. I am always in good hands with Dr. Clarke. He always answers my questions in a manner that I can understand. The medical profession would be a much better place if there were more doctors like him. Dr. Clarke still has the same enthusiasm and passion for operating that he has always had.

I was fortunate to know Dr Clarke because he saved my wife's life 30 years ago using his surgical expertise.. My double inguinal hernia operation went as smoothly as any operation could..Dr Clarke's office staff and medical personnel are by far the best I have ever encountered. Simply stated, you won't find a more knowledgeable,skilled and compassionate doctor. He's the best!!

it was probably the best and most efficient experience that I had with a doctor I got an abscess within two days I was in in per day surgery is healing beautifully he made an appointment for me to see him on the Monday after the surgery which was on the Friday everything was going is going beautifully he's an excellent doctor the office staff is fantastic you need to use him if you need somebody to do that for you
