GOOGLES INFO, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Had to give 1 star to post my experience, which he doesnt deserve. Extremely disappointed with service from Dr. Cintron & Front Desk never picks up the phone or returns your voicemails. I scheduled my new patient appt for 1/17/22. When I arrived I provided previous nerve conduction tests results which was copied & given to Doc. I was sent in & Doc arrived shortly after. His opening remark was what are you here for. I explained & told him my info had been copied for his review. He said that was good but 4 eyes see better than 2 so he wanted me to do nerve conduction tests again plus an MRI of the spine. I asked him what causes nerve damage & he said lets go see and GOOGLED IT and read it to me. I asked if there is any treatment to help, he again GOOGLED IT & read exercise & meds.  I asked what meds ould would help, he GOOGLED IT and read med to be Neurontin. I told him if I knew he was going to GOOGLE IT, I would have done it myself. He laughed and said he was joking with me and he has been practicing for over 25 years. I then told him he doesnt know me well enough to joke with me. He smiled and sent me to Front Desk to schedule my upcoming tests. The EMG & nerve conduction test is a 2 part test of needles & electrical currents to measures how well your muscles respond to those signals. Both tests are done at same time and even on uour initial visit. However Office Manager (blonde lady) scheduled one part in 1 week, 2nd part in 2 weeks & follow up in 3 weeks. I asked blonde office manager if they could do it same day & she said no since insurance only pays a visit a month & 1 test per week. I found that strange but scheduled it as they informed me. I got home and called United Insurance to verify and was told they dont limit visits or tests since their main concern is well being of patients.  On 1/18  I had my spine MRI at CMS Diagnostics & saw my new neurologist which received spine mri results & requested I get a bone scan of my spine for process of elimination which I am going to on 2/2/22. Finally I get a call from Cintrons office on 1/21 to confirm next weeks appt. I tell the Office Manager i am cancelling all appts with them and explained reasons why and she says I need to see Doc since my spine MRI was not good & immediate action needs to be taken. ARE YOU KDDING ME?  Is this how you give test results? I further advised her i had new neurologist that had reviewed mri spine results and he scheduled bone scan for 2/2. So in a matter of minutes, Dr. GOOGLE calls to see what problem is. Again I explained everything & he tells me what United Insurance told me is wrong & he does not get paid if done all in 1 day. At this point I advised him I was not going back to him and that my new neurologist was on top of it. I thanked him and he said Good luck. Never have i experienced such ineptitude, lack of knowledge and unprifessionalism. No wonder his rating is low.  I filed a complaint with United of my experience and they will be looking into Dr. GOOGLE and his ways of practice.

I made an appointment and waited 30 minutes still wasnt seen so I rescheduled for the following week at 2:15, I arrived at 2:10 and there was 7 people waiting to see him, so how can my appointment be at 2:15. Our time is valuable, If he cant handle the load he should have an assistant or tell the office staff to tell patients about the waiting time before they schedule an appointment, or just have a walk in basis first come first serve.

Well attended with time and appointment by clinic Brought by clinic transportation. Wrongfully attended by Secretary at front desk. Coughing got here only 2 patients where was 1st come or time of arrival. 2 asked about appointment time verified in computer told by secretary don't worry just sit down. Got fustrated to see clinic slowly fill up after one give personal info and secretary didn't want to verify time of appointment. Because I was going to hold her to that. Brought referral with envelope which. Was mailed to left out of frustration at 11:00 a.m. asked for referral back she gave it to after she took it out of garbage. I said "the garbage" she I don't need it. Handicap parking and regular for free at both end of establishment. Establishment has private office of different surgeons, dentist, dermatologist, as well as other specilist and neurologist and psychologist. Well attended today and given an EEG exam. I see that I am not the only patient to be treated very poorly by office staff, or have just a few hurried minutes with Dr. Cintron. I was appalled by how many patients were squeezed into his waiting room, even during a deadly pandemic. What a shame. This is a far cry from compassionate healthcare. It appears to be more of a money-making racket.

The staff has no business working in the medical field. They are disrespectful of patients. The staff is not qualified to discuss insurance or submit it properly leading to problems. However, they expect/collect payment upfront and in full before insurance weights in. They do not return phone messages and often don’t answer the phone. They don’t have email so there is no communication. I would not refer someone I DON’T care for to the office much less a friend. They need an office manager with people skills and healthcare knowledge. This reflects directly to the doctor.

The staff is ok. They were not rude but not helpful. I did not see the doctor for my first appt. they just had me back for a test. 2nd visit he came in and participated in the test. They are AWEFUL with insurance. They wanted full payment at the time of service and the I had to leave 5 or 6 mess. with never a call back because they were not submitting to my secondary insurance. They did take the info at 1st appointment and are providers for my secondary. They finally filed with secondary 3 months after my appt but did not include required info. So here I sit 5 months after appt, I’ve paid in full ($670)and I’m still waiting for them to get it right. Next step will be calling and declining payment on my credit card. Seems drastic but will perhaps get their attention.

There are ten people currently in the waiting room (too many for a pandemic) not even a bottle of hand sanitizer offered to the patients. There’s a lady in front of me who’s been waiting since 9:45 and she still hasn’t been called. My appointment was at 10:15. It’s 11:15 now and she tells me there’s still a 30-40 minute wait. This would be on top of what you wait once you get called into the room and you have to wait for the doctor there again. This is unacceptable. I have been a patient of Dr Cintron’s for 6 months now. Every visit I have had to wait for HOURS to see him. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY ENTIRE MEDICAL HISTORY!!!! Staff is insensitive and rude. I have been trying to have an MRI done for an entire month and all I’ve been getting is the run around. I called once and the nurse responded I don’t have time to help you I will do it Friday. Two weeks passed and nothing. I’ve called several times and every time I’ve been placed on hold for excess of 15 minutes each time. The staff treats me as if it’s my fault and doesn’t have any care for sensitive situations. My authorization for the MRI is about to expire and they don’t care to help at all. On August 29, 2019 I had an appointment with Dr. Cintron as I had been told from his office at 03:30 pm. I requested authorization in my work to leave 1hr before which does not charge. I left my workplace at 2: 50pm, so I had enough time to be at the time of the appointment, but there was an accident on the way to Dr.'s office and at 3:15 pm I called to tell them I was on the way but that I was going to have a delay, however, the assistant of the Dr told me that I had to make another appointment because Dr. could not wait for me. Dr. Cintron should not be allowed to practice medicine on an animal much less the most vulnerable of patients, handicapped and neurologically challenged patients. This creature was not just unprofessional at two out of three of my visits with him, he was belligerent and at one point almost physically attacked me to the point his nurse had to get in the way and push him out. I am reporting him to the FL Medical Board. Save yourself the horror and find another neurologist.

To bad there isn’t an option for no stars. I blame myself for my problems. If I had taken the time to research this guy I would have known that he is a clown. For a neurologist, you would think the guy would buy some half way comfortable furniture for the waiting room. Maybe a coat of paint on the walls would help too. Made the appointment, cause I was diagnosed with a serious DX . I got the appointment for today ( Monday August 21, 2017) I had called my PCP to get the referral and authorization from my insurance. I had the apt for this Monday at 2:30 pm. Requested time off from work, only to be called this past Friday and asked what was the reason o was coming in?
