John Casler

I had been feeling weird and off center..was afraid to go to s surgeon in my area...Dr Casler put my fears to rest and took great care of me during and after surgery. He is a competent Doctor and cares about his patients and them knowing about the status of their health. He is a great person and doctor His staff has full confidence in what they are doing to help people.

Dr Casler saved my husbands life. He did a total thyroidectomy and neck dissection for my husband in June of 2022 when no other surgeon felt confident to do so. We had visited three different hospitals and three surgeons prior to meeting Dr Casler and we will be forever grateful for him. My husband has very advanced and aggressive thyroid cancer. Surgery was followed by radioactive iodine and external beam radiation. If my husband ever needs any more surgeries in the near future we would go to Dr Casler again.

Dr. Casler performed a total thyroidectomy on me. He is an amazing doctor and has a superb team. I had several appointments prior to surgery, including phone appointments. I never felt rushed, and all my questions were thoroughly answered. Dr. Casler called me himself after I returned home to share the pathology report and check on me. He is kind and knowledgeable, and I felt complete confidence from the first appointment. My scar is minimal, very skillfully done. I highly recommend Dr. Casler.

Dr. Casler is the best! I traveled to Mayo clinic just to see him! Highly recommend him!

Dr Casler performed surgery on me 2 years ago and saved my life. He's the consummate professional. You're in great hands if Dr. Casler is your surgeon.

Dr. Casler is an amazing surgeon!! He was able to remove the Lymphangioma that had grown all through my neck. I went to 3 other doctors and all told me that type of surgery was out of their league. He’s also a certified plastic surgeon, so my scarring is minimal, which is amazing considering the depth of my surgeries. I’ll be forever grateful to Dr. Casler!!!

First things first, this surgeon saved my life. He is a terrific communicator; is very thorough in terms of assessing previous medical issues; has an extremely talented staff; and he cares.

Dr. Casler is a wonderful doctor/ surgeon. He recently performed a total thyroidectomy on me. Before deciding to go through with the surgery he answered all my questions and did not make me feel rushed. After surgery he has answered any questions I may have had with the help of his team. He contacted me with pathology results as soon as he recieved them, didn't keep me waiting. I defiantly would recommend him to anybody needing surgery. GREAT DOCTOR! Thank you!

Couldn't have asked for a better dr. to perform the surgery for my thyroid! Dr Casler took the time to really explain my condition into detail and made me feel comfortable through the visit. More important, as I needed to have surgery, he was very patient with me and made me feel confident that everything will be fine. Feel very fortunate that dr. Casler did my surgery. Dr. Casler is a fantastic surgeon , I developed head and neck squamous cell cancer back in early 2012 . Thanks to Dr casler and the staff at the mayo clinic in Jacksonville for taking great care of me . It was a 350 mile round trip but the trip to mayo was well worth it.
