the dr refused to refill my INSULIN when I have only 3 days of supply left. they said they needed to see me in person, because I guess they assume I grew out of my terminal illness of DIABETES. do not use this disgusting place.

I've seen Karen Jones for over a decade now. Great ARNP. Listens well. Very kind. Great staff.

Always listens very well to your complaint. Before finalizing his assessment. And the staff is always courteous, and the wait is never long. They do an excellent job of checking up on you after your treatment.

I been using this Doctor for 12 years. Office visits are exceptional. Hardly ever wait. Doctors and nurses are amazing. Rhonda is always helpful and prompt with any questions over the phone. Love this place. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Dr. Cappleman genuinely cares for his patients. He takes the time to sit with you and actually listens to your concerns. He takes the time to get things right and makes sure you feel comfortable & satisfied with your visit. Very trustworthy & wonderful place.

Cappleman may be a great physician, but you probably won't find out due to the incompetence of his staff who won't let you see him. One star for the geniuses that manage his office.

I have been going to this office for several years now. I appreciate, when I am sick, the front desk always finds a way to get me in that day. I normally see Karen and she is fantastic. I appreciate all they do! Thank you.

I'm neutral with Dr Cappleman. I'll say more later. His front staff, while "efficient," could be a bit more patient friendly, and smile once in awhile. It wouldn't hurt. The young woman in the front is just a little too serious. A smile would be appreciated. Vici, the office RN, is exceptional and always returns messages. Friendly, efficient and will assist you with any needs or concerns you may have. Always professional. Dr Cappleman, while a LONG established Internist, who obviously has a lot of patients, to me could use a "refresher" on interacting with his patients again. You go in an office, look at the side of his face for about seven (7) mins, then you're done with your "consult. Even if you explain you are having certain issues. Another concern, if you will is I haven't noticed diversity in his office whenever there. Not with staff nor patients. I wonder about this.

Horrible people skills and customer service at the front desk. I have anxiety and coming to this office made it worse, honestly I was triggered. I didn’t even feel comfortable going through with appointment, so I walked out. The combination of how I was treated, and the delivery of honey baked ham as I was waiting turned me off completely. I have no faith in this practice as medical professionals as they have no knowledge of proper nutrition. I will never go to a doctor who denies scientific evidence that processed meats are a class A carcinogen. I’m disgusted with the american medical field after my visit today. John and Karen are wonderful docs... competant and very caring. If you have a serious problem and need them, they are always available! We are lucky to have them in our community!

This Practice is AMAZING!! Karen is the best thing that has happened to medicine!! Her love, compassion and passion for helping her patients is admirable!! I highly recommend this practice!

Great office staff and medical care. Dr. Cappleman and Karen Jones are the healt care providers of choice for many, many of my physician colleagues. I would not go anywhere.

These guys really care about their patients. They aren't here to push any specific medications on you or keep you coming back just to come back. Very family oriented and extremely caring, that goes for every staff member. They show actual concern for the people who walk through the door and are honest. I have been nothing but impressed, I haven't recieved the help I need quite yet but we are working through it and are close to the solution I feel! I have been with Dr. Cappleman for more years than I care to count. I have issues that require that I have relationships with many physicians and I respect and like all of them. I would place Dr Cappleman at the top of the list. He is an excellent physician and one of the most caring and compassionate persons that I know. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I have to say starting with my inquiry to the office, Jennifer front office staff was very friendly and professional. I have worked in healthcare for over 10 years . The front office takes a lot of heat from patients that have no idea what is required of them. Thank you for making my appointment over the phone. Also following up with a sooner appointment due to a cancellation. That is excellent patient care. Thank you!

I have been going to the Cappleman Group for many years. Dr Cappleman and his staff are absolutely great. The are efficient, friendly, thorough and genuinely care about you.

John Cappleman, aka Dr. John and Karen Jones A.R.N.P. are a terrific tandem providing patients with excellent care. I have been a patient for about 30 years. When Clermont's population exploded. a new hospital built and scores of internists flocked to my home town of Clermont, I never considered finding a new internist. Dr. Cappleman and nurse Jones have treated me very well.

Very rude front office staff. Argumentative and told me if I had a problem waiting over 45 minutes in the waiting room, then I should go elsewhere. After that exchange, I will have to go elsewhere. Karen Jones is fantastic. Front office (Jennifer) is horrible.

A very caring, and extremely professional physician who practices using modern methods, with old fashioned patient centered methods. The medical and office staff are fantastic. My wife and I tried five doctors before finding the doctor.

Excellent staff and facility. The doctor spent plenty of time with me. He seemed caring and knowledgeable. I’ve been going there 2 years now and this has been perfectly consistent.

Outstanding MD and Staff! Dr. Cappleman takes time to listen and answer all your questions. He is not satisfied if your not satisfied. If you have an emergency, he will see you the same day you call - outstanding. No one else does it! A very diligent, professional and effective Staff! Have lived in many states (now retired) and can guarantee - there's no one else as dedicated taking his time than Dr. Cappleman and his Staff! A very unique and special practice of trust, which I will always go to.

I adore John and Karen. A real kind private practice. Staff is excellent and helpful. Someone will actually answer the phone when you call.
