Dr. John William Byers

I visited Dr.Byers when I was a little kid (I’m 31 now). Before visiting Dr. Byers office I was physically and emotionally traumatized by another dentist in the Morgantown area. Dr. Byers was so kind and gentle; he always made sure to tell me exactly what he was going to do before he did it. he made me feel safe and called me a super trooper when I was scared. Dr. Byers changed my entire outlook on dental appointments and helped to heal the trauma I suffered by another dentist. I cannot express how he changed the narrative of going to the dentist for me. I remember him to this day because he made such a huge impact on my life. I now go to the dentist cheerfully and with confidence. Thank you Dr. Byers for being a truly caring person and dentist. I hope I can bring my little girl to you one day (even though I don’t live in Grafton). If you are thinking about visiting Dr. Byers this is your sign to call and make the appointment, especially if it’s for a child. You will be well cared for.

Dr Byers was always very caring and gentle with his patients. However he is no longer there since he retired but I feel Dr. Bryant will be the same way. When she was still in school she worked on my teeth and done an excellent job. Since graduating she has taken over the business within a couple months beings that she has exceeded the expectations of others.
