Dr. John Robert Brent

10 years later and I am still suffering from almost lethal mistake he made during surgery.

I call Dr. Brent's office and left a message. The next day I received a silenced call and no one left a message. When I called back, the receptionist was extremely rude and hung up. Dr Brent is a wonderful doctor. Very caring and listens to everything that I have to say. Very understanding!! Just an awesome doctor. Definitely do recommend him to everyone!!

I have never reviewed a doctor before, but I have to say I think he is a really wonderful doctor! He listens and spends time with you and cares about what you are going through. I highly recommend him!

I’m alive today thanks to Dr Brent who performed surgery on me about 15 yrs ago. I sustained major abdominal injuries from a mva. With his expertise and the Grace of God, I survived. I will never forget how Dr Brent came to check on me every day and even performed wound care personally himself. He is truly an amazing, kind, genuine person and top notch professional. Dr. Brent did an excellent lumpectomy for my breast cancer bother Dr ‘s when they see my breast compliment his work. I’m grateful for him. His staff is excellent too.

I have been seeing Dr. Brent since September of 2014. He is all around an amazing doctor! I wish he could be my docotor for everything! I've never had any issue of any kind with the office. They are always very helpful and polite.

For billing issues I would say this is the most frustrating office to deal with. I called and I felt like it was an imposition to take my call. When I called back to the front desk, the person was making exhausting noises and really did not want to talk to me. I was trying to figure out why an initial appointment in the office for my husband was classed as a NORMAL FOLLOW UP. Due to this coding the bill was not covered--How else do you make the appointment to find out the information for a medical procedure? l believe Dr Brent is fine but the office is very difficult to deal with. I paid the bill even though we have two insurance policies all because they didn't code it correct. Don't advise you deal with this. Great surgeon, great staff. Very professional and goes out of the way to help.

Dr. Brent is an excellent surgeon! He is knowledgeable, and very personable. I had a great experience with his staff, as well as a great experience throughout the surgical procedure. I am truly grateful for his expertise.

Dr. Brent performed surgery on me in December 2017. He's corrected a painful condition that I lived with for 9 months. I am so grateful for his skill and expertise.

I love that Dr. Brent takes time to explain what he's going to do and why he's going to do it. He treats me with respect as well and does not condescend. He's professional but approachable, and he paints clear, realistic pictures--will even draw out what he's going to do during surgery, e.g., the removal of my gall bladder--of what will be done and why it will be done. His advice on when I should have my gall bladder removed--sooner rather than later--probably saved my life--cancer-free!

Dr. Brendt and his staff are amazing.
