My experience started out pretty good with effective allergy shots, and the ability to easily get in and out fairly quickly. Over the past six months or so it’s gone downhill. Now on multiple occasions, even when calling ahead to verify someone was there and that it was a good time to come in, I have waited significant amounts of time, and there was no nurse available to give the shots. Most common reasons have been either the only nurses/s being in an appointment for lengthy times, once nearly an hour. The latest trip in one nurse gone for lunch while another was in a meeting with Dr Bray for lengthy periods while a backlog waited in the lobby (again, after calling ahead and arriving within 5 minutes of the communicated time. Their hours are not flexible enough for this to occur regularly for working individuals to utilize their shot services. Hoping things return to normal.

I recommend Dr. Bray. My son had uncontrolled asthma, and he would end up in the ER several times a year. Dr. Bray prescribed preventive medications and an asthma action plan. My son's asthma has been controlled, since we started seeing him. The only thing is that they run behind schedule because they are busy. It's worth the wait. I don't mind the wait because he does a great job.

Bad reception I have ever seen????

Dr. Bray and his staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone is very friendly and make you feel like you are welcome. Dr. Bray is very thorough in his exams and everyone went above and beyond to make sure I was able to be seen when I needed. They made me feel like a priority and I truly cannot thank them enough. I have many health issues and finding good healthcare is hard. Dr. Bray has been a rare find.

Dr Bray and his staff are amazing! He listens to your problems and makes you feel at ease. His staff is amazing! Very friendly and pleasant!

The wait is a bit long, but once the doctor came in it was worth the wait. Very detailed and the nurses explain all the medications and a written plan is given to help follow instructions. I would refer this doctor

While there is a bit of a wait sometimes it’s worth it. Dr Bray is so thorough and spends his time with his patients. I would definitely recommend!

Both of my sons ages 8 and 19 months see Dr. Bray for allergy and asthma issues. His staff is amazing and he is very thorough in his exams. He always has the nurses take detailed notes so you won’t forget what you went over and how to give medications if prescribed, which is tremendously helpful especially to this busy and sometimes forgetful mom. Awesome Doctor!

Excellent sleep doctor!

Been coming here for years now, staff is helpful and great.

Dr. Bray is truly an expert on asthma. It is amazing how well my child is doing since we began going to Dr. Bray.

Thorough exams. Dr. Bray takes a lot of time to explain his plan of care for you. Staff is friendly and helpful.

He gave me a crash course in allergy and asthma facts after I almost died of an asthma attack. Going on 3 years of seeing him and he's helped get me on life saving medications to where I never have to worry if I'll make it home to my children again.

Dr. Bray diagnosed me with sleep apnea. I was so tired and falling asleep throughout the day. Now I have lost 30 lbs and have never felt better! I would definitely recommend Dr. Bray.

I struggled with accepting my severe sleep apnea for a very long time. Dr. Bray was instrumental in helping me realize the effects of my sleep apnea on my overall health. He is very knowledgeable about his specialty, and he is very clear about his diagnosis. I would recommend him highly to anyone seeking thorough professional care!

Dr. Bray is extremely knowledgeable and an adept physician in diagnosis. Dr. Bray diagnosed me with mastocytosis when no one else could figure out what was going on with me. I would definitely recommend him. He is very thorough.

The only Dr we have found willing to actually look into issues other doctors just throw meds at. He actually ran tests (NOT EVEN RELATED TO HIS SPECIFIC FIELD OF MEDICINE) and is helping my daughter through more than just her allergies. Dr. Bray is an excellent doctor and very informative. My asthma and allergies are doing much better. 100% recommend him!

Dr. Bray has been my doctor for several years. He is very thorough and knowledgeable. When I have gotten ill he has made sure that I had the care, tests, or medications needed to get me back to health. I would highly recommend Dr. Bray to anyone who needed an allergist, pulmonologist or sleep doctor.

My son’s prescription expired. I called the office, and they called it in immediately. Dr. Bray also called I. A preventative tami-flu for him when everyone in the house had the flu. The family doctor wouldn’t provide a prescription without seeing him first. The pediatrician’s office was already closed for the day. Dr bray’s extended hours made that possible.

Before my son's appointment I received no less than five notices from the office that if I should cancel the appointment with less than 48 hours notice that I would be charged a $300 cancelation fee. I had no intention of canceling as my son was sick and needed to see a specialist ASAP. One hour before my appointment, I receive a call from Dr. Bray's office canceling my appointment. This was incredibly frustrating as I had already lined up childcare for my older child that I now had to cancel and reschedule. Fine. They rescheduled my son's appointment for the following week and reminded me of the $300 cancelation fee, which I had to laugh at because seriously? Where's my $300 for them canceling one hour before my son's appointment? Anyway, the following week arrives. I receive two calls, reminding me of their $300 cancelation policy. It is starting to get annoying at this point. The day before my son's appointment, Dr. Bray's office calls. I believe they are calling to confirm my appointment and once again remind me of their cancelation policy, but instead they cancel my son's appointment with less than 24 hour's notice and say they cannot reschedule for another 6-8 weeks! I ask what the reason is for the frequent cancelations, and apparently Bray has been scouting a new job in Houston. That's not a very good reason to cancel appointments while sick children get sicker. We'll go to someone else. Thanks for wasting my son's time as he struggles to breathe when we could have been seeing someone who will actually care. I moved to Odessa, Texas from Knoxville, TN in October and had been asking around who was the best allergist around and everyone pointed me to Dr. Bray. I honestly have to say he is the worst doctor I have ever had my entire life. He’s not aware of what’s going on in his office, doesn’t communicate well with staff and patients, and during your visit he likes to talk over you like you have no voice. He is in absolute no hurry to get anything done for you and his staff is the same way. I have chronic allergies and asthma and he was never in no hurry to send in my prescriptions when I needed refills. Leaving an asthmatic without an inhaler for TWO WEEKS should say it all. I do not recommend Dr. Bray or his practice to anyone. My daughter has been a patient of Dr Bray for over 8 years. My nieces, friends, and family are all also patients of Dr Bray...Maybe I should say we were all patients of Dr Bray. I am the last one holding on to him as our Dr.- and that is only because to change my daughter to another specialist would involve us starting the entire shot and allergy testing process over with a new Dr. We have always and still continue to love Dr Bray as a physician but his office staff and nurses are completely incompetent. For the past 2-3 years it has gradually and consistently gotten worse. His office staff is always so unorganized and cluttered but when it starts to affect the patients it's unacceptable. How could he not know what is going on in his own office and with his staff. The last 3 times I had to fill my daughters serums it took several weeks of calling and checking and calling again and again to get them made and sent out to us. She went 3 weeks with out her shots. This last time i called 2 weeks before she was out of serum to make sure we had it! I have been calling for over 6 weeks to get the serums made and sent to us! Now my daughter has gone 3 weeks without her shots. Really!! No apology, no sense of urgency, no care for patients Connie was the only nurse I could count on to get us what we needed and take care of us, get us our shots on time-- and since she left I regret ever starting shots for my daughter with this office. Dr. Bray is very thorough and a very educated doctor. He will take the time to make sure I understand everything he is saying and doing.

He is great doctor!! My daughter had a bad cough for 3 months and her primary couldnt figure out what was wrong so she just gave her medicines to cover the problem but the cough always came back... Dr.bray found the root of the problem and fixed it.

Dr.Bray is an amazing !!! He has gone above and beyond for me. When all the other doctors gave up on me he didn't. He is the only doctor i know that will call and check up on you his self.

Nobody better than Dr. Bray, I have been here for over 13 years and He takes care of all my concerns with Asthma and Allergic reactions. Always a great experience. A little long on the wait to be seen, but always worth the wait!

Dr. Bray and his staff explain my medical condition and treatment in a way that I can understand.

DR bray is very rude and abrasive. Yes he spends a good amount of time with his patients, but also spends a good amount of time berating them and using foul language. He thinks that because he is a doctor he can talk down to you. What a jerk. I will never go back to this place.

Dr. Bray will spend as much time as needed during hours and after hours.

Dr. Bray spends an adequate amount of time with you and he explains everything well.

I called Dr. Bray's office to schedule a new patient appointment. The woman I spoke with on the phone was extremely friendly as she gathered my medical history information. She went on to explain the office's cancellation policy - you must give a 48 hour notice or incur a $300 cancellation fee. That's incredibly steep but I understand that's their policy. She went on to also explain that the first appointment would be 3 hours long and that there was an appointment available later in the week. I explained to her that, being new to the area, we didn't have childcare readily available and due to the nature of my husband's job, it would be extremely difficult to ensure he could be home early enough for that length of time. I told her that I would speak with him and then call to schedule an appointment if he was able to watch our son. I received a call the next day from another woman in the office asking me if I was still planning on taking the appointment - adding, "we would hate for you to be charged a $300 cancellation fee." I explained to her that I never made the appointment and I explained again that I wouldn't be able to make an appointment until I was able to secure childcare. Although I never received treatment from Dr. Bray, I was left extremely uneasy with how quickly the front office scheduled an appointment that I didn't authorize and then reminded me that $300 would be due if I didn't show up for the appointment....again, that I never scheduled with them in the first place. With a cancellation fee that steep, I would hope that the front office was a little more thorough and careful with the scheduling process. It was just too fishy to me so I made an appointment elsewhere. I called Dr. Bray's office to schedule a new patient appointment. I feel as if I am heard, he spend more than adequate time.

Had to wait 2 hours just to get a room, and then another hour waiting in the room. When he finally came in he berated me, cussed me out, and told me that I am going to die by choking on my own tongue. To say the least I was shocked, his insinuations that I was depressed and that was why I had insomnia my entire life. My mother works nights and he said she will die 30 years to early and it would be a tragedy. I would have loved to get on CPAP and find out my allergies, but I will never go back.

I am very blessed to have found Dr. Bray, keep doing what your doing. The office staff gals are friendly and courtesy, they are just great.

I think Dr. Bray spends more time with his patients than most doctors, which is a good thing.

Dr. Bray spends a great deal of time with his patients, to make sure they get the best care. My daughter was in to see him and he went over lots of information as what is causing her symptoms. I would not refer my worst enemy to this Doctor. My son was sick and was referred to multiple doctors in the area. We called and canceled the appointment to later find out that even though we cancelled the appointment and the doctor didn't render services. Excellent care. I found the staff to be knowledgeable, friendly and good with my child. The doctor spent a lot of time with us. He did not hurry. He answered my questions and I have access to him 27/7. On his plan sheet is his home number. I know we are getting excellent care and attention to our health needs. Dr. Bray is Board Certified in 5 different medical fields and being Board Certified requires his participation in activities to stay up-to-date with the latest advances in medicine and patient care.
