Dr Boone was extremely kind and professional. He did a thorough job while making my child feel comfortable and heard. Highly recommend!!

Heartbreaking experience. Our daughter has anxiety and sensory issues and put things in her ears to block the noise at school. He never asked questions before jumping into procedure. He screamed at her while she was crying. He seemed annoyed we were there to seek help. Overall, traumatic experience.

Absolutely loved Dr Boone. He was really Thorough and respectful to my 5 year old son and myself. I would recommend him 1,000 times!!! Very good experience!!!

Very good experience. The DR was great to deal with and explained what was going on and what the next steps were. Very impressed so far.

Dr Boone was great! Very thorough with his exam and truly cares about his patients! He listened and answered all my questions and did not rush through the exam.

Dr. Boone is excellent. I previously treated with Dr. Ayre, who did 2 sinus surgeries for me & he has since retired. I saw Dr.Boone for a surgical consult for a 3rd sinus surgery which it has been over 12 years since the last one. I got in early which is unusual for a doctors appointment. I was in for recurrent bloody noses. He got excellent topical anesthesia and cauterized the breeders, painless. He also found some wax in my right ear canal and removed it. Extremely happy with the Experience.

This is our second opportunity to work with Dr. Boone. Our first opportunity was 4 years ago when our son popped his ear drum scuba diving. That experience with Dr. Boone was professional, thorough and companionate. Our 10 year old son was very anxious but Dr. Boone used his skill to put him at ease and then repair his ear drum. Great job Our most recent opportunity to use Dr. Boone was this week when that same son broke his nose playing basketball. Like the previous times, our son was anxious about the thought of having his nose adjusted and fixed. Like before, Dr. Boone used his skill to put our son at ease and actually reset his nose in the office. Think we need to add him to speed dial! We would highly recommend Dr. Boone. Dr.Boone was amazing with my grandson even though he was from out of state he still saw him while he was on vacation here. My grandson has a cleft palate and history of ear infections, while he was here i felt he was not hearing well and brought him in. He was very kind and helpful!

Saw Dr. Boone for a nose bleed that wouldn’t stop after 3 ER visits. From the start he made me feel at ease and explained everything to me. Didn’t feel like he was rushing and spent plenty of time with me. One thing he said that really stuck out was before the visit ended he said, “do you have any questions for me?” I would definitely recommend and hopefully I won’t need him anytime soon but if I do, I’ll be back. Staff were all great. Explained everything in detail. Doctor was very good and answered all my questions and explained all test results. Would highly recommend.

Very knowledgeable friendly staff. I felt very comfortable with everyone and they made me feel cared for. I've been going to Dr. Boone for years - he's an excellent provider. Appointments have never felt rushed, he has a great attention to detail and is very personable. He makes me feel very safe (despite ear issues being uncomfortable) -- he always warns before something is going to have pressure, etc. I could not recommend him more highly. Dr. Boone was good with my child. He provide us with his option and explained the procedure throughly. We will go back if my child has any other issues.

Do not waist your time with John L Boone, "MD". I was referred to Boone by St Francis ER for severe sinus pain, headaches, and facial swelling. Boone looked in my throat, nose, and ears and said, "There's nothing I can help you with." Boone portrayed a skillset equvelant or less than a 1st year Med student. I now know that i have been suffering from chronic sinus and middle ear infections, causing partial deafness in my right ear. The pain these infections caused, was met with complete dismissal from a Speialized Doctor who at minimum could have referred me to a peer who had intelligence that matched their credentials. The outcome: billed $450., for "There's nothing I can help you with." Per, John L. Boone, "MD". Medical outcome: My treatment and care was delayed due to John L Boone's lack of integrity and skilled knowledge ias an ENT. After seeking an alternative referral and Dr., I have partial deafness and irreversible damages in my maxillary and Sphenoid sinuses do to chronic infections. If you are an MD who has Specialized, and cannot identify elementary issues like infections ,and are unable to take on the responsibilitity that your profession entails, than find a new career path. My wife brought our 5 year old daughter into to see dr. Boone. He was scolding her and didn’t inform my wife of what was going on. My daughter was getting her ear looked and didn’t like it so she was crying. Dr. Boone has no bed side manner. I was charged $330 for a 5 minute consultation. I'm not even exaggerating. The balls on these people is astounding.

Popped in and spent less than 5 min. said pretty much what I had read online with regard to lymph nodes. Said, schedule a follow up in 2 months, if it changes or other symptoms arise come back then. I canceled the appointment. Finding a different Dr. with helpful input as to figuring this out.

Went to Dr. Boone on a referral from ER, he was distant, jittery and distracted. He acted as if we were bothering him and when we asked him questions or explained how the patient felt he didn’t seem interested or caring about how we felt. He was a waste of our time. After going to a different ENT specialist we realized that our feelings we accurate. The new ENT specialist listened to us and answered all our questions and was willing to work through a plan rather than rushing into surgery. My recommendation is to always get a second opinion especially if considering surgery. Steer clear of Dr. Boone if you want a physician that listens to your concerns and answers all your questions before rushing into a procedure. I don’t understand the negative reviews about Dr. Boone. I went to see him for ringing in my ear after getting it flushed out two weeks prior at a different clinic. I had food poisoning and was violently vomiting to the point that the nurses weren’t sure if Dr. Boone would see me. He did anyway, cleaned out my ear, and gave me a simple home remedy rather than prescribing nonsense. He was very kind and understanding, and put me at ease. I brought my 4 year old to see Dr Boone for possible adenoid removal, tonsil removal and ear tubes. What could have been a very scary appointment for my little guy, ended up being great! Dr Boone made my son feel comfortable, explained things so he understood, made him laugh and overall was just a great experience. I would recommend him to anyone bringing their kids to an ENT. He was rude, wouldn’t let me ask questions. When I tried to explain my symptoms he told me multiple times to get to the point. I wasn’t complaining about hearing loss but he ordered a hearing test, give me my results and was ready to send me on my way. When I asked about my symptoms of dizziness, loss of balance and inner ear pain, He said we sometimes experience strange symptoms as we get older. He referred me to the MN Pain Center. The website for Dr Bones practice led me to believe they could help diagnose and relieve pain. I did mention to the woman who administered the test that I was frustrated with his attitude. She did seem to quietly empathize. She’s probably heard it before.

I had a truly unpleasant office visit with Dr. Boone. I was extremely surprised as this practice came very highly recommended. I found him to him to be dismissive of my experience of my symptoms and appeared bored and uninterested when I was trying to find out why I was feeling so ill. I found him to be condescending and he spoke to me as if I was waisting his time. He made a sarcastic remark about me not pursuing additional diagnostic information after our visit. I certainly like a confident physician, however he was arrogant and dismissive, not a likeable trait in a doctor. Clearly, I would not recommend this doctor at all. My children were terrified of doctors after having been back and forth to their general practice doctor for constant ear infections. When we met with Dr. Boone, he quickly put the kids at ease, and created a very relaxed environment for my kids. He was very professional took the time to answer all of my questions.
