He was very informative about what to expect for my upcoming surgery. Very good in explanation of what I needed to know about the time for recovery.

Drs said I wouldn’t walk again! In comes Dr Blair figured out what was wrong with me, and, fixed my back! Best 61st Birthday ever. Woke up without horrible nerve pain and could walk! That was Aug, 2017! My Hero! Then I passed out, fell, due to wrong prescription drug, broke my back, and immediately thought of Dr Blair, of course! As luck would have it 8 months later, in 2022, someone plowed into us and totaled out our 4runner! All the luck! So much wrong! With his patience and expertise, he fixed me again! Not only best Dr in my book, but truly an Angel! Caring and gives you confidence! Definately recommend him! Thank you Dr Blair!

I have seen a few different doctors regarding my back injury at work. Dr Blair has always wanted to do everything possible to better my back before we went into surgery. Nothing has worked so he finally decided request for surgery. Now I wait to find out if it is approved. So far I have nothing bad to say about my experience in the office or about dr Blair. He is pretty clear on everything that is going on in my medical care.

Very informative Dr easy to understand and a pleasure to work with and talk to

Nurses and staff helpful. Dr Blair very professional.

I was taken in on time, the procedure went well. I like the staff and Dr Blair very much

Dr Blair was very thorough in explaining my dilemma to me and the extent of my options. He was very polite and friendly.

Dr. Blair pays attention to the patient and genuinely cares about the patient's health issues. I would recommend him to anyone with a back injury.

Dr. Blair very knowledgeable and personable. He was very through in his testing/exam and I appreciate that he took time to answer all of my questions.

He did a fantastic job of explaining things to me and showing me. Other routes to take other than surgery and I thought that was very very good on his behalf.

Good experience with Dr. Blair. He evaluated my condition, took the time to hear what I told him, and suggested a treatment plan i excited for.

Dr. Blair repaired my bad back. The pain, numbness and tingling in my leg was resolved and I am now symptom free. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Blair took the time to listen to my questions and answered them in a way that i understood. When I forget to ask a question (since my brain moves so fast that the puzzle pieces don't always connect while there) His nurse is very courteous and makes a note to ask him my questions when I forget. I can also send messages and I get the answers needed back in a timely manner.

Dr. Blair did not listen to what I shared w/him about my experiences, esp. re/my stomach. He prescribed me an Rx that could Kill me! ????

Always listens and makes time to answer my questions. Excellent 'bedside manner'.

Awesome care, & attention to details in knowing about me as a person than just a number. Always is Fantastic.

Dr. Blair listened to what I had to say and explain about my aces and pains. He explained what was happening and gave suggestions on how to help with my aces and pain. I would recommend Dr. Blair because he spends the time with you and listens to what you have to say. He also ask questions to better understand your problem.

Reviewed procedure for surgery, complications and post op information. I did not feel rushed and Dr answered my questions and concerned.

Dr Blair was knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my many questions patiently and in terms I could understand. I have the utmost trust in him.

He has successfully completed top O back surgeries for me and about to do the neck Can't wait to be repaired.

I have back problems and I saw Dr. Blair, he was very knowledgeable about my back problems and he decided not to do surgery. I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Great doctor but the facility staff are terrible!! Messaged through my chart and called the office because they messed up my referral information to receive physical therapy . I had to call several times for them to correct it. At this point no one has contacted me since last year. I had asked the VA to push my care out to community so I can get care from Dr. Blair but now I am starting to regret it because they way the facility is run is poor!! I left several messages for Angie probably 4 message's. I even sent message through My Chart and now supervisor has contacted me it all with my complaints!!!! Best surgeon I’ve ever had…. I’ve had 6 back surgeries and for the 1st time I’ve been better truly better’ My pain is a pittance compared to what I have had to live with Amazing group of nurses and schedulers

Extremely Helpful and additive to Details of all my needs. I was very Lucky when I 1st came to Dr. Blair, he has helped me thru so much over time. I am very Grateful to him.

Dr. Blair performed surgery on my back and got me back to work! He was attentive and looked at minimally invasive techniques. I am grateful for his skill and the effectiveness of his treatment.

This is my 10th visit as I have a degenerative condition. He has listened and fixed me every time. I owe Dr Blair for my quality of life.

Dr Blair is OUTSTANDING!!! He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. If you want the best person that exactly knows what he is doing and also explains everything as he does his examination, this is Doctor. Pending MRI to see my next step. Staff was also great.

Dr Blair is always welcoming and a good listener to my issues and concerns regarding my back!!! He's been my orthopedic surgeon for approximately thirteen years and I completely trust his expertise and decisions on the care of my back and neck!!!

Dr. Blair did a Laminectomy & Fusion on my messed up back. I was in so much pain before surgery, couldn't even stand straight for more than a minute. Now I can stand and walk with just a little pain left, still healing here. At my post surgery appointments he patiently answered my questions with a friendly smile. He is an amazingly gifted surgeon, truly cares about helping his patients. My quality of life improved 100%. I can't thank him enough! Im a returning person, after being with kaiser for 4 years, i knew what i was experiencing in my back, was bad, i was in so much pain. I recently had an appointment with Dr. Blair regarding a recent MRI on my lower back. Dr. Blair was attentive, pleasant and took time to answer my questions concerning my ruptured disc. Dr Blair has helped me with both my neck and back. He does not try to rush into doing surgery before trying all alternatives. Totally recommend Dr Blair

Dr. Blair did my back surgery around 2012 I am 62 years old now and I have no back issues I try not to lift things that are too heavy but since the day after surgery I feel like $1 million thanks to Dr. Blair I walked 3 1/2 miles a day every morning and I no longer have back pain

After being treated for a lower back issue for a year by a doctor in Olympia with no improvement I got a second opinion from Dr Blair. Dr. Blair found a small fracture that had been missed by the previous doctor. Dr. Blair performed an l4 l5 fusion and almost 9 years later I am almost completely pain free. I still have to take care of my back and put limits on myself but thanks to Dr Blair I am fully functional and enjoy a good quality of life at age 60. I lucked in to Dr. Blair as my surgeon when I was sent in for emergency spine surgery 2 years ago. From the beginning he and his staff have been amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful to the best of their ability, honest, understanding, and kind. Their goal is truly to not have to ever see you again, but in the best way possible, because they want you better. I credit his knowledge and skill for the improvements I have had up to this point after 2 surgeries and I am thankful he and his team will be the ones to continue to fix what still needs some work. If it wasn't for Dr. Blair my life would look much different. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. Dr. Blair, helped me with the pain and spasms in my lower back. His caring attitude and approach towards my care goes without saying. Three months after my surgery, I do not have the same amount of pain that I was dealing with prior to surgery and also no spasms at all. His bedside manner, also is a big part of his caring attitude. I have absolute confidence in Dr. Blair’s ability as a surgeon. I personally rate him, as being in the top ten in his field. Dr. Blair has been my back doctor for the last 23 years and he's performed multiple surgeries on my back. I also happen to suffer from depression and PTSD. I finally built up my courage to ask him if he would review a handful of medical records from the military pertaining my back and he responded "no way, not ever." He didn't simply say no, he went out of his way to be hurtful.

My husband is worse off than before the surgery

This was not a positive visit, a waste of time and money. I went to see this Doctor to have him check for changes in my spine and neck as my symptoms have worsen. I have had several MRIs and CT scans in the past, that have shown progressions and or deteriorations, such as arthritis, degenerative disc, bone spurs, a cyst, as well and other deterioration. All I got from this visit was a few x-rays and was told I have arthritis and my spine was good for my age. What the hell?!?! This was not a positive visit, a waste of time and money.
