Dr. John Robert Bierly

Dr. Bierly did my cataract surgeries in February and March of 2023. I had a GREAT experience with great results. I found him to be personable and professional. He is kind and listens. He answered all my questions. I saw him before and after both surgeries. He is experienced in cataract surgery (which is what you want!) The staff at Southeast Eye was very good - attentive, kind, happy, and felt like a family of caregivers. Would go there again.

My mom had cataract surgery with Dr. Bierly 1 1/2 years ago with Multifocal lenses. She has done great and now tries to gives her reading glasses to me.

Dr. Bierly did my cataract surgery almost 15 years ago and later did my YAG capsulotomies. I see 20/20 uncorrected. He does a great job.

Never get to see Dr. Bierly Before or after the clowns that work for him send you to him, talking about the other Dr.'s they are the most unprofessional people you will ever run into in a Dr. OFFICE, WOULD Not ever recommend Dr. Bierly because of the people he surrounds himself with ,they tell you what you are seeing out of your eyes and if you try to tell them something different they go nuts, just guessing but don't think they learned this behavior at College. Ps: the staff seem to care and are professional.

PLEASE READ IF OVER 50 YEARS OLD!!! prior to cataract surgery I had 20/20 vision with glasses, I now have torn retina and PVD. My eye doctor stated I had cataracts. had scan of both eyes and was told they were healthy and was assured by the Southeast Eye Specialist they had a 99% success rate. Okay...this is were there cover-up begins to fall apart. Their "success rate" is only good for a few hours following surgery and if you are under 50 years old! I'm now told I'm blind because of my age.

Dr. Bierly did my cataract surgery over 10 years ago and recently did my YAG capsulotomies. He did a great job and I see wonderful. He is very kind and considerate.

I have just had cataract removable & lenses implant surgery.. Dr Bierly is a knowledgeable surgeon and has a great personality . His staff that helped in the surgery dept. are great.
