Has maintained dentistry for my lil ones for a while now. Always courteous, informative, and relatable.

I call every other morning and they always say “call back tomorrow morning.” I have been trying to book an appointment for forever now. Also, the front desk staff is rude.

Making an appointment is awful!! You have to call on Mondays or Tuesdays, and sometimes they have you on hold for hours just to get through, it’s ridiculous. And my last visit I found out it’s only one dentist in the office, but he is pretty quick. But overall my experience in making appointments SUCKS!!! I never had to be on the line this long, as we speak I’m still holding on,now. Something needs to be done. We have jobs too.

We work in foster care and we’re required to use Molar Express unfortunately. As far as I can tell, it’s an insurance scam. An example: their policy is to do a new exam every 6 months. They did an exam for our child and told us that fillings were required. Then, they scheduled the fillings for 6 months and 1 day from that first exam. When we went to get the fillings 6 months and 1 day later they told us they had to do a new exam before any work could be done. No problem, I thought. Exam and then fillings today, then! Nope. They rescheduled the fillings for 6 months down the road. But we came here for fillings when you told us to! Sorry, they said: it’s our policy. Your appointment is 6 months and 1 day so this appointment has to be an exam only. But YOU scheduled it this way! They didn’t seem to care. Eventually one guy at the front desk told me he thought it was stupid, too. But he was just an hourly worker and had no pull over anything. Not his fault. I would avoid this place at all costs. There are a few dentists that accept Medicaid or Sunshine Health in town. Go to them. We work in foster care and we’re required to use Molar Express unfortunately. Dr. Liu is amazing!! LOVE the sweet young lady Josie and Miss Judy! I don’t know why people bash this establishment so bad when they are only there to help !!!!!!

Absolutely Awful Customer Service, and I know first hand as I am in a customer service roll. I am a patient coordinator and to be quite honest no one there (front desk/call center or what have you) since the start of my son's treatment can answer any of my questions or concerns. Reluctantly, I scheduled trusting the judgement of the doctors in the practice. What really pushed me to edge, was this morning when I called to reschedule my son's dentist appointment; I was told he can't come back for one year. My boy is in the middle of his treatment, he needs a lot of work prior to having ortho. There is a pandemic going on, and I was sick an unable to take him to two appointments. JUST TWO. Now he's unable to reschedule for ONE YEAR, due to no fault of his own. This is just pathetic! ABSOLUTELY SORRY WAY TO RUN AN ESTABLISHMENT! PROTOCALL OR NO PROTOCALL, make the parent pay a cancellation fee, don't deny treatment to a 10 year old boy.
