Called the office first time, the lady was not friendly, I felt that they didn't want to have new customer.

Poor customer service. Scheduled a physical as a first-time patient recently, and understandably, that has to be scheduled out over 45 days in advance. Two days before my appointment, I called to confirm my appointment and was greeted by a person who was in quite the state of distress. I was informed that the practice had shut down in-office visits since a member of their staff had been exposed to COVID, but the manner I was greeted this news was quite frantic. I tried to get additional information, including rescheduling timelines, but I'll just say that was met quite rudely. I was fortunately able to have a separate exchange with Lisa where she had heard about this behavior from other patients and acknowledged that it shouldn't have been handled this way. I appreciated that, but ultimately decided to go to a different practice. It would've been 1-star if not for Lisa's prompt responses, but could tell she genuinely cared and wanted a better outcome. I had a wonderful experience with all of the office staff and Dr. Behm was amazing. He spent a lot of time with me listening and brainstorming.

Poor phone connection with Dr. Behm but great connection with staff! Discussed lab test results and got refills on meds taken care of.
