3 kids over 14 years here and they have been great in every aspect of care for my 2 daughters and son. Easy to get a hold of and easy to work with.

Had the most ridiculous conversation with the office manager Jean. She and the other receptionist showed no empathy that my baby had a fever over 102 simply because I’m not a patient there. I understood they don’t accept walk-ins and I was willing to sign him up since we’re new to the neighborhood. Front desk staff is extremely rude. Do not recommend.

I was considering on changing providers for my 2 year old. The Blue Cross Blue Shield list of pediatrics shows this specific location as accepting new patients. Called to make an appointment staff told me they weren’t accepting any new patients, Then made me do a whole run around with my insurance to then deny my request. The lack of manners is sensed over the phone the management really needs to change “Jane” and the other associate were completely rude, over the phone I received a large amount of attitude and was even corrected over pronunciation. Such a shame that this is what it has come too. Shared a complaint with the office manager over a mistake made by the nurses with a high anxiety child. No apology from the nurse at the time of the incident. Office manager informed by me and was told “I’m sorry you feel this way.” 3 stars because beckerman has great bedside manner. Dr. Beckerman was my son's pediatrician before his practice exploded. Hands down, THE BEST DOCTOR I've ever encountered. Even when we moved to Naperville, we still went to his practice. When my sister had her first child, I recommended him and 10 years after that, she had another and Jaime was just there a little bit ago and they travel from Belvidere. We were just thinking about you and how Collin will be 30 this year. He's doing great Dr. Beckerman. Thank you again for everything you did for Collin growing up. My kids are now 17 & 15. We’ve taken our kids to Dr. Beckerman’s office since they were born. Both kids are still alive and healthy. So not only our family, but data and research show that Pediatric Care gets an A+. We’ve never had a bad experience with the office staff, nurses or doctors in 17 years. 5 ⭐️

I’ve had 3 children with Dr Beckerman’s practice. Dr. Beckerman has been their primary treater first over a decade each. He is Awesome! A little eccentric and a good, wise and caring man. I would do it all over with Beckerman if I had to. I highly recommend him. They will call you from time a few days after a visit. They don’t have to call you as it’s not part of their insurance carrier contract. They do it to provide quality care and follow through. The office staff and nurse practitioners have also been very good. I’ve not had a complaint nor concerns during our entire time there. The front office staff are extremely rude and condescending. Glad to leave to another practice for this reason only, as the doctors were great with the kids.

Been with Dr. Beckerman for almost 17 years and two kids! Best Pediatric Doctor ever! Love this office and everyone is so nice and helpful!

I had Dr. Beckerman as a pediatrician my whole childhood. He is a little quirky, but I always found him to be a knowledgeable, helpful and understanding physician. The office and staff are all friendly and appropriately kid-centered.

Dr Beckerman is caring, funny, and very smart. He tells us what going on while still talking to our son, such talent. All the nurses in his practice are nice, they are very business though. The rest of doctors at the practice are very good. Dr Beckerman is the best pediatrician I have ever experienced.

We went to Pediatric Care for 3 years and saw Dr. Beckerman as well as Dr. Kramer. When my son was 2 and ended up having a long hospital stay, Dr. Beckerman took time to come and visit us just to see how we were doing. When my other son was diagnosed with Autism, Dr. Beckerman and Dr. Kramer helped us along the entire way with resources and guidance. If we hadn't moved out of IL we would absolutely still be taking our children to Pediatric Care. Dr. Beckerman and his doctoral staff are excellent. Dr. Beckerman was my children's doctor since infancy, and now my children are young adults. We will miss him dearly. However, the recent telephone receptionist experience was very rude and unfriendly, which is not the case with Dr. B; he is always upbeat and friendly.

I like Dr. Beckerman & Dr. Baggio receptionist were not friendly actually very rude. When my child was sick told me couldnt be seen! What dr says dr wont see sick baby? More than once!

I had 3 kids and have seen dr. beckman in the last 7-8 years. I want to praise him for NOT over-treating kids. When your kid gets sick, it is very natural that you are worried, and you want to be seen or be treated. I believe it is so hard for the doctor to make a balance between "NOT seeing a patient, and ask them wait" , and "seeing a patient, and doing all the unnecessary treatment and lab tests" . I don't know how many times in the past, I did blame this practice, for asking me to wait for a few days to be seen, or worry. At the end of day, I have to thank for them for doing the right thing. Here are a few scenarios that I run into the past. 1) My kid had fever for 2-3 days, I called and described other symptoms, and was asked to wait. Then on 5 or 6 day, I was advised to wait one more day and I didn't. Then right after seeing the doctor, the kid is better on the way home. I should have listened and just wait. 2) One time, my son coughed a lot for an extended period of time. I suspect the pneumonia and I was upset no blood test, or do a lung scan is done. So we decided to change to Dr. Golan in Arlington Heights. Then Dr Golan immediately did all those tests and which turned out unnecessary. So who is a good doctor? I was brought up in a country where lab works are done all the time ( blood work for sickness). Antibiotics are prescribed and used very frequently. The positive experience with this practice opens another door for me. The kids can fight the sickness naturally, and we can just wait to see it happens. Took great care of my kids from birth to age 17. My kids nicknamed him Mr. encyclopedia. We had to try a few different Dr.'s along the way due to insurance changes, but none lived up to the knowledge of Dr. Beckerman and his super nurses and staff. Thanks to all!

He definitely takes a personal interest in his patients. He even goes so far as to write down about their vacation to Disneyland in his notes while also sharing fun little tidbits about his vacations. His care is excellent and has never steered us wrong. He's also a reassuringly thorough about not prescribing things that may not be necessary, a quality lost on some. Definitely great with kids.

He doesn't over-prescribe antibiotics, which is difficult to find in a pediatrician. He is fun and a little quirky and listens to your concerns and listens to your child. I like his scientific approach to wellness.
