Wonderful. Dr. Arrabal took considerable time with me and listened to my issues. I have seen several doctors and rank him among the best.

Tough love. If you are looking for someone to hold your hand and have a gentle bedside manner, you’ll probably be unhappy. If you’re looking for a doctor who doesn’t sugar coat, is thorough, will hold you accountable and make sure you’re taken care, this is the place. I prefer it straight so we get along just fine.

Hayden is such an asset to this office! She does it all and does it with a smile on her face. I cannot say enough wonderful things about her! It makes coming to the doctors office a little bit easier for my husband and I! Not to mention Dr. Arrabal is an incredible family physician. 10/10!

Horrible patient interactions. I felt berated every time I went in. He constantly found useless reason for me to keep coming in for something and constant bloodwork when I’m perfectly fine. The nurses that take vitals and such don’t seem as though they know what they’re doing, like they didn’t go to nursing school at all. It’s odd and uncomfortable every time. Been going to Dr. Arrabal for more than 20 years now and never had a major problem. Everyone has always been nice and pleasant. The wait time does get a bit long at times but other than that I have always liked going to him.

I got treated like a horrible person EVERY time i went to see Dr. Arrabal. The scheduling staff are very nice but the nurses never know what they are doing and Dr. Arrabal ALWAYS treated me like i was a nuisance and like i was a bad person no matter how positive i tried to keep my attitude. He made me cry on several occasions. I will NEVER go back and I don't recommend for anyone to go there ever! Plus it feels like there's something shady going on in that office with nurses as well as billing.
