oh what fun..a survey about Dr. Arnold! Well.............I had my support team (spunky daughters, granddaughter, and husband with me as I face major , risky heart surgery. I brought along with that my faith and fears... Dr. Arnold and his "support team" looked a little stunned for just a moment, and instantly began to accommodate them, make them feel welcome, listened to each one...and turned on the charm. lol My fears were subsiding. My support team needed to be informed and included as they, along with my God are my everything and in charge of my care. Dr. Arnold and the whole team interacted with all of us, in a way that is really undescibable...funny, caring, loving, attentive, supportive, reassuring, surprising, welcome, easy, truthful, way. It was a breath of sunshine in a sometimes dark world. Not your average survey answer, I know, but I'm actually trying to keep this short and my emotions soft. In reality I could go on and on and my emotions are over the moon in a GOOD way. I thank God for every member of my heart team. I plan on living, and appreciating the new life they are giving me through their time and talents. I don't take this for granted. Come what may...I and my family will forever be grateful. Dr. Arnold replaced my aortic valve 24 years ago and I am still doing the things I want to do. Dr. Arnold can only be rated as excellent.

very informative from check in to going back to room . Sarah was very informitative and very helpful. Dr. Arnold was very informative explaining the surgery.

The doctor put me at ease immediately, explained what and how he would be doing the surgery. I was comfortable knowing what I had to face. For that l am truly grateful.

Recently, after some tests I had indicated 2 blockages that could only be dealt with through bypass surgery, I was referred to Dr. John Arnold. The appointment with him was thorough and informative, and put me and my husband at ease about his knowledge, expertise and skill. The appointment lasted as long as we had questions, and he answered them all. Dr. Arnold also has a kind, relaxed bedside manner. I have since had double bypass surgery very successfully performed by Dr. Arnold. I left the hospital 74 hours after surgery, and am currently recovering at home. My husband and I walked into Dr. Arnold’s office very worried and nervous. We were first met with the receptionist who was very kind and knowledgeable. She even assisted me with filling out my health care directive. Next we met with Andrea Leone, the Cardiac Nurse Practicioner. She was so kind, helpful and extremely knowledgeable. She went over the things I’ll be doing and going through for my upcoming triple bypass surgery. Finally, we met with Dr. Arnold. Immediately he put us at ease. He didn’t speak over us. It was like sitting down with an old friend talking about what will most likely be the scariest day of my life. He talked to us about the surgery and what to expect. By the time our visit was over, we were both much more at ease and felt very confident that Dr. Arnold is the person we want. That day I had an Echo, ultrasounds of my carotid artery and legs, blood tests, PFT and a chest X-ray. At each and every turn we were greeted with their name, what they were going to do and how long they’ve been in their particular job.
