Terrible customer service. The woman at the front desk had an attitude that is impossible to describe. The whole aura of the place is they are better then you. Extremely snarky and rude, I will certainly never return.

Great visit and very nice people. It appears to be under new ownership and secretary is no longer employed there. I would go back in a heartbeat.

If I could give zero stars I would. To the rude receptionist who thinks dangling her face mask around her neck is ok, I hope you don’t bring COVID home to your family. What a joke! Grow up, wear a mask and check your attitude at the door. You are there to provide customer service, not make some political statement. Masks save lives. How dare you put patients at risk. Holy receptionist from the underworld. Someone needs to remind this office that they are providing a service to customers. Customer service. Besides being an over the top rude woman, she can't even be bothered to put her mask around her mouth. We are in the middle of a pandemic and the "face" of this office isn't wearing a mask. The doctor himself is great, I had no issue with him at all. The reason for the 2 starts is because the receptionist is sooo rude. She didn’t listen when I was trying to explain to her what was needed. She had a terrible attitude throughout the entire phone conversation while I was trying to set set up and appointment for my sister, after not making an appointment because I couldn’t listen to it anymore I had given up and I said “I guess I’ll just try again on Monday” and she said “okay” and just hung up the phone. Finally my father had to call and make the appointment finally it was scheduled just for her to be just as miserable then to. And about 6 months ago I was calling to see if insurance would cover an appointment for me and she pretty much ignored everything I said. I had to repeat myself multiple times just for her to say that they were booked till August, which wasn’t a problem at all and when she asked if I was going to make an appointment for then I told her that I could in the moment and she hung up. I called because my insurance carrier told me a list of names to call for an eye appointment. From the 1st second I was on the phone with the Receptionist, she was SO RUDE!!!!!!!! Every single thing she said during the entire conversation, from not listening to my question to not listening to me as I was answering her questions, to not getting my name and asking me VERY RUDELY for my last name after I had already given her my name... Through my asking her prices STILL BEING RUDE to me... To my last statement which was, ok I am going to call someone else because you are being too aggressive and she said, OKAAAAAY BYYYYEEE even aggressively. I am calling my insurance company to report this business and I am a Web Marketing Manager all over Google that is going to post this review here on Google as well as across my blogs and review sites because this is completely 100% unprofessional and not right.
