Horrible no one return calls, been calling for monthsss now to have daughter braces taken off which is paid for through insurance. Went out there to find empty office , finally went 2 weeks ago to see Dr and was told I had to call number to make an appointment for daughter braces to be taken off. Been trying for weeks and no return calls

2 minutes ago I paid $150 per month for 24 months, I have no orthodontic coverage. My consult, about two years back, was a thorough exam by Doctor Storm. Energetic and fun staff, great detail and professionalism from doctor and staff from beginning to end.

Great results at a no frills price. I have brought both my children to this office. Before beginning treatment, the Doctor and staff explained the approximate length, cost and payment schedule. The payments were reasonable, 150.00 per month for 24 months, 3,600 total. This was less then I remember my parents paying many years ago. Treatment went well, the online scheduling makes it easy to cancel appointments and reschedule. This office gets great results, it is a no-frills office, do not expect to call this office and spend time speaking to staff. They use texting, email and some phone. For the amazing results and prices at less then 50% of any other office I checked with, this is the best deal around.

Doctor Storm apologized for the wait, which I really appreciated. I was happy to find an Orthodontist that accepts Medicaid for my child, and made a lot of calls. It took time for her case to begin but it was fully covered with a $5 co-payment each time. When I started, the staff in front was not so good, but it got better as time went on, one of the girls said it's a lot of paperwork and expense for the office to accept Medicaid and that's why so few Orthodontists take Medicaid anymore in New Jersey. We were grateful to find a doctor that still does. Her teeth came out great.

I had to call several times before I got a callback however once service started it was excellent. This is the only doctor in the state of New Jersey that accept my insurance! Local 804. Was happy to have such great service in network. The only cost to me was for retainers at the end everything else was paid for.

Doctor was in network, excellent office was very busy but wait time was not too bad

Hard to get a hold of someone in Te office. For Dr Storm being in the Dental field for many years he did not seem to care much about his patient. 3 1/2 my daughter in treatment I ask for unbanding before time could not deal with the unprofessionallism of his staff. When given the retainer she developed an ulcer because the retainers were hand made by Dr Storm now going for a 2nd opinion.

I have tried on several occassions to contact the office by phone and email and left several messages but have NOT recieved a return call or message from their office. I have requested my daughters records to have when we move out of state shortly.

RUN..RUN AWAY FROM THIS DENTIST!!!!!! Please learn from me.. I began 4/2018 with this dentist for adult Invisalign. Today, almost sept 2018 and I STILL haven't received my first tray! I did get retainers though ,as he ordered THOSE instead about 6 weeks ago! Invisalign This office NEVER answers phone-please, try calling his office-you will only get the service- calls are never returned. Staff members changed each time I went and appt are constantly canceled.. RUN!
