Simply stated, Jaffe is the worst, most unprofessional Dr. I’ve ever seen. Stay far away.

No nonsense doctor who knows what he is doing. He saved my husband’s life when he took over his care in the ER and eased our minds when the MDs in the ER could not help him in an emergency situation. Would definitely recommend Dr. Jaffe.

I have had tinnitus and I know most ENTs are not too concerned with it and actually are usually dismissive towards it. Jaffe was not very nice about it. Acted like I was wasting his time, couldn’t even be bothered to enter the room after my hearing testing to discuss the results. He just stood by the door with his computer while I sat in the chair. The other doctors at the practice he is located at are very nice but he is snarky and clearly did not care about me or why I was going to see him. I get it that tinnitus is not usually fatal and there are more tangible things to work with but he could have at least pretended to care. Excellent care from a physician who has treated me for about twenty years and operated on me. I am a health care professional and know the difference between mediocre and excellent care. Dr. Jaffe has wonderful bedside manner and is highly skilled. On my last visit it turned out my symptoms were from a dental problem and he did not rush in to treat my sinuses.

I had told him my ear was blocked. It kept hearing a clicking or popping sound. I where hearing aids and told him I needed both ears to be clear. He said he saw nothing and that they were clear. He then had a woman give me a hearing test. She then put me in an empty room to wait for Dr. Jaffe. I waited almost 30 minutes before I opened the door and ask a passing doctor where Dr. Jaffe was, he didn't know. Eventually Dr. Jaffe came in and told me again he didn't seeing any thing and that I should take a decongestant, although I can't because I have high blood pressure. Two weeks later I have an appointment with an audiologists to adjust my hearing aids. She prints out pictures showing my ear canals extremly blocked with ear wax and tells me she couldn't take a hearing test. She said I must have them cleaned first.

Dr.Jaffe is a true professional. Kind ,caring,and great attitude towards his patients. I highly recommend this awesome Doctor. Thank you Dr.Jaffe!!!

I was the last appointment of the day....maybe he was in a bad mood, I don’t know. All I do know is that I will never go back to him. He treated me very rudely, I didn’t even ask him any questions because he made me feel that uncomfortable. He just stood there typing notes on his computer . A telephone pole has more personality!! The bottom line is I have a chronic sinus infection and his words to me were “I’ll send your primary doc a note saying that you’re not gonna die. No thanks!

My first visit to Dr Jaffe’s office:1. Waited 1 hour ; 2. Dr arrived with no eye contact or greeting; 3. I explained the reason for the appt was my right, inner ear is congested the last month; 4. Dr sent me down the hall for a hearing test; 5. Post the test, Dr Jaffe advised I had moderate hearing loss & would advise a hearing aid; 6. I reminded Dr I presently had a head cold 7. Dr wrote a script. Still don’t know why my right, inner ear is clogged 1 month. Can’t wait to see the bill!!

I went to see Dr. Jaffe with an ear infection that had caused hearing loss in one ear. He was very flippant, and his response to me was "You'll live!" My family doctor eventually put me in a different antibiotic, and my ear eventually got better. I was totally disappointed with the care I received there.

To say no bedside manner would be a compliment. I waited both times for over an hour. The staff were friendly but he was rude. For the first time visiting you would think he would take all the symptoms I described and talk to me about it but he treated me like an inconvenience. I gave him a culture I had done only to get another from him and him to not make any effort to help me. His professionalism was extremely lacking and I will never go back.

DR. JAFFE IS THOROUGHLY PROFESSIONAL. FROM HIS EXAM OF PATIENT, DIAGNOSING THE PROBLEM, PERHAPS THRU A HEARING EXAM IN A SOUND-PROOF BOOTH, TO PRESCRIBING COURSE OF TREATMENT, DR. JAFFE CAN BE TRUSTED TO BE OF ASSISTANCE. HE ALSO HAS AN EXPERIENCED AUDIOLOGIST ON STAFF IN HIS OFFICE.

Dr Jaffe has absolutely no bedside manner. He is abrupt and abrasive and acts like you are insignificant. The appointment lasted all of 15 minutes even with an endoscope which he shoved up each sinus without caring about the pain he was inflicting. His nurse kept huffing and puffing because my appointment was the last of the day and I took an extra 15 minutes on paperwork. He said that he didn't need to see me again even though I have a chronic sinus condition that wasn't resolved.
