Doctor Jaeger and staff are very friendly and took time to ask questions and listen, I give them 5 stars

Dr. Jaeger is always friendly and helpful. Explains things in terms a layperson can understan.

Dr. Jaeger is very patient, answers all of my questions, explains in detail, and makes sure I am satisfied with our visit before he leaves the room. I think Shelbyville is very lucky to have him and I’m glad I have found him as he has helped me with my knee.

Takes his time, listens to you, tries to make the very best decision for your care.

Very professional, pleasant, listens and explains. Also provides options and, after giving his opinion of best course of treatment, leaves the final decision to the patient.

Was told he only looks at one body part at a time Because he is through But only took him about 10 minutes to look at my ankle if that. His assistant was rude and disrespectful. She kept laughing smiling and smirking in the room. All his assistants were laughing in the hallway.

Very professional and explained everything to my son and I throughly.

I liked it that Dr. Jaeger explained what was going on with my hip to where I could understand it.

Dr Jaeger accepted me as a patient when he didnt have to. For that he has earned my complete respect and gratitude. He has been nothing but thorough, compasionate, supportive and informative. He has been the only one who has stepped up to help me find a diagnosis and treatment for my pain. Thank you Dr Jaeger !!

Probably one of the nicest doctor's I've come across! I'm such a Google person when I try to self diagnose but even though I was right, he was very humorous about it! I love personable doctors and he makes you feel comfortable.

Dr. Jaeger was wonderful. He explained everything to me so that I understood. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Jaeger always takes his time with me. He explains everything and presents all options. He is very knowledgeable and personable. His bedside manner is superb. I would recommend him to everyone.

This was my first visit with Dr. Jaeger. He listened to my concerns, was thorough in his examination of my concerns and made feel very confident that he could take care of my concerns.

Dr. Jaeger is great. He informed us step by step on my son’s recovery. I am very pleased with the staff as well.

Very nice place and staff. Dr Jaeger was great!

My son has horrible feet problems. We had tried every kind of doctor to figure out the problem. Even though it wasnt a sport issue, I figured it couldnt hurt! We went in, the Doctor was able to tell me in less than 20 minutes what the actual problem was! We finally got the right help!!!

They accept insurance and referrals from your doctor. I go here for my lower back pain, and they help me by trying to get me to stretch and ride a stationary bicycle. The heat pad on the back they have feels great. The office staff and therapist are all nice and friendly and seem to care and want to be helpful. Clean, large well lit location near where the new hospital is being built. Lots of exercise machines, like a gym, inside and several massage type tables for them to help you stretch on. From children to the elderly all come here for rehabilitation and to fix their aches and pains. They accept insurance and referrals from your doctor.
