Wonderful doctor. Very personable

Everyone are so nice I'm very happy with Dr Pack

I didn’t have to wait long to be seen and Dr. Pack and all of his staff was very friendly.

He is very friendly and professional. He makes you feel at ease about the surgical procedure and comes to see you afterwards to let you know what he found and see how you are doing. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs his attention and/or his medical opinion.

Very helpful and accomidating

The professionals working in Dr Pack's office are very courteous and capable in their various occupations . Each one treated me very nicely explaining each step of the way. I would recommend their services to anyone needing help in arthritic and nerve correction areas(carpel tunnel etc). Thanks to these people I am in less pain than I was previous to their treatments

Dr. Pack and his office staff are amazing, very professional and personable. Did not have to wait hardly any. They worked well with my insurance and saw me on short notice. If you want great care make sure to come see Dr. Pack and his staff!!

Dr Pack and his staff were all really helpful to me. They got me in quickly diagnosed my problem and scheduled and explained my surgery fast and efficiently. The surgery went as expected and I’m in the process of healing. Thank you all very much.

Dr. Pack's office staff was friendly and helpful throughout my son's unexpected accident that left him with 2 broken wrists. Appointments were scheduled for my son's healing needs and Dr. Pack took his time to explain and share everything regarding my son's diagnosis and managing his care. He is an outstanding knowledgeable doctor as well as providing true patient care. Joe fixed my rotator cuff back in 2014. I've had no problems with it. He did great job and staff was wonderful

They didnt tell me that they dont work with people who have already had surgery until after I spent 40minutes filling out their packet. I spoke with the receptionist multiple times before my appointment and waited 2 weeks to be seen, when all my time could have been used productivley. I am in pain, every step I risk a fall and they showed no regaurd me, not even giving me other references until I asked. I dont even feel the fact ive had previous surgeries was the real issue. I felt like I was getting the run around. The doctor should have looked at my deformed foot and ankle and given me direction to someone who will help. They were very unprofessional, I hope not everyone is treated that way. Dr. Pack is an amazing physician. He has taken care of my parents for several different reasons and has given exceptional care every time! He is very thorough explaining his concerns and treatment options and has excellent bedside manner. He always comes into the exam room with a smile and makes sure his patients leave with one!

Dr. Pack was and always been outstanding with my husband and my family. His patient care is above any expectations. The staff however is not where near what an office should be like. I have always highly recommended Dr. Pack as a wonderful surgeon but with the past experience with the staffing, I'm thinking twice about recommendations.
