It was quite pleasant,all the staff was courteous and polite and all around nice group of people

Took my 3mo to Dr. Graves and was very happy with the experience! The office staff was very friendly and we were seen promptly. Dr. Graves was very professional and asked very thoughtful questions regarding my son. I would highly recommend him to others! My only complaint would be that the office itself could use a bit of TLC, repainting, new furniture ect.

Dr. Graves himself was phenomenal. His office staff has always been so rude when trying to make appointments and such. You’d think working in a PEDIATRIC OFFICE and with the PUBLIC the office staff would be forced to have atleast some people skills!

Extremely rude and unprofessional office staff, especially to be working in children’s healthcare.

The office refused to reschedule my childs appt due to him having a fever. Clearly care is not their #1 priority. If you take your child in, expect there to be unwell children due to this policy

My son was refused a emergency visit due to a bill that was outrageously expensive. I was paying towards it and yet I was told no till it’s fully paid. My son has been suffering since because we have to wait . And the receptionist was very rude and she didn’t even suggest me to take him to emergency care (which I had to do) like most drs do in state of emergency (his ear was bleeding and pus was coming out too). Dr Graves is great, but I’m seeing another ENT because of issues with the office manager. I drove an hour and 10 minutes for a long standing scheduled appointment, only to be told to “reschedule” because I couldn’t have my 2 year old along with me, due to covid restrictions. Mind you, the voicemail instructions only stated “One PARENT per patient”(said nothing about a sibling)and my 2 year old was in a small stroller with a pacifier. Had they both been patients, would I have been able to schedule their appointment together?? I’m sure, as I’ve done that many other places! I understand covid restrictions have made many things complicated, but the office managerwas rude and flippant. She didn’t care what I had to say. The hypocrisy of the entire situation is almost comical! I was stopped at the building entrance and told to call upstairs to see if they had the extra “waiting area”, meanwhile, I’m on hold on the phone trying to keep my 3 year old distanced from others. Absolutely ludicrous

My son saw Doctor Graves's nurse prac this morning who refuses to put tubes in his ears (this would be his second set, mind you) because the FIVE he's already had since the start of school aren't enough to make her comfortable enough to put him under anesthesia, but she does want to rip out his tonsils because he snores at night, for which she'll have to put him under anesthesia. We was told our insurance was good and in network. Seen him once the next week he done surgery on my 2 year old son. 4 to 6 weeks later when it's time for a follow they call and say we are no longer in network we cannot see him. I call back twice. Asking questions where do I take him what do I do?? I get a call back not once but twice saying that they would find somewhere for us to go or they would talk to out insurance to see if we can bee seen one more time. By now my sons tubes have been in to long. Blood is coming out of him ear. I really liked Doctor Graves, but this is ridiculous how we have been treated. And pushed to the side. The staff is super friendly and great at making kids comfortable. We’ve used Dr Graves for years he takes his time and gets things fixed up

Dr. Graves saved my daughters life. She was 3 1/2 with double abscessed tonsils. This was her first ever sore throat on a Saturday. Her pediatrician tested her for strep and mono, both were negative. Her tonsils were so swollen you couldn’t see the back of her throat. A family friend ran into Dr. Graves at dinner on Sunday evening and told him about my daughter. He told her if we didn’t have to take her to the ER that night he would see her first thing the next morning. When we went to the office, he took one look and immediately admitted her to Children’s Hospital. They tried antibiotics Monday and Tuesday to try to reduce the swelling. Dr. Graves operated on Wednesday. If her tonsils had ruptured she would have gone septic. Dr. Graves was a Godsend. Our daughter is now 24, so it’s been many years since her surgery and my husband and I are forever grateful for Dr. Graves, his skill, his care and concern. Dr. Graves saved my daughters life. I have taken both my boys to Dr Graves& have had nothing but excellent experiences. He and his staff are wonderful, in my opinion. They're very informative and break everything down. My youngest is currently under his care and we've never had a single issue& the procedures he's done on both my kids have been smooth and wonderful. Even when my oldest was under his care we had the exact same experiences. I HIGHLY recommend him to everyone, when they're asking for a good ENT. Great Job Staff&Dr Graves! Great doctor! Surgery was smooth and complication free!

Dr. Graves was amazing surgery was so smooth and he really connects with the kids which is hard to find now a days but he was amazing and makes sure you have everything you need afterwards. Will definitely refer

Daughter had her tonsils, and adenoids removed today, along with tubes in her ears. The staff was all welcoming and made sure she was comfortable before anything scary had to happen. They were amazing at explaining everything and answering all of my questions. So glad we chose dr. Graves to take care of my daughter.

Dr Graves operated on my granddaughter when she was younger. We were told by our doctor she needed to go back due to recurring problems. She had a temperature 100+ for several weeks. Her tests did not indicate a problem and they felt it was from her tonsils or sinus. I called Dr Graves several times and begged them to see her. They gave me an appointment over a month out. When her temp got to 104 I called again and got the same response. I called another ENT and got in a few days later. His rating was just as high as DR. Graves. I'm so disappointed in staff and lack of concern for past patients. Dr Graves operated on my granddaughter when she was younger. I am disappointed in response, lack of concern for past patients! Regardless of how many times I told staff urgency of getting my granddaughter in, I was put off. Funny how I couldn't get past your front desk but another doctor took the time to listen, respond and help.

Today my son had an appointment w/ Dr.Graves. His office had called the day before to remind us of the appointment.My son has seen Dr Graves since 2010.We drove for 1 1/2 hrs to be ask why were we there?That my son had been discharged by Dr Graves an referred to another doctor I told her we knew nothing about being discharged.That we were referred to the new doctor for surgery.but the new doctor told us he did not need surgery.I was heart broken bec we liked Dr Graves.She was very rude to us
