Dr. Jody Ann Veltkamp

My granddaughter has a tbi and serious neck injuries from an accident. Multiple doctors have prescribed medical Marijuana to help with pain management but this doctor has a bias against this treatment and wrote my granddaughter off as an incompetent addict, my granddaughter who is an honor student in college holds Multiple jobs and provides Healthcare to the disabled. This doctor should not allow her personal bias to get in the way of her professionalism

Jodi is rude, her receptionist is rude. They told me I'm cured from my traumatic brain injury and any cognitive impairments are from marijuana use, not the brain injury. The receptionist called me names and hung up on me on the phone.

This doctor uses her own bias to judge/persecute patients at will. A patient with several different doctors prescribing medical Marijuana for pain management instead of options was given a diagnosis after one visit of being an incompetent addict. This patient is an honor student in college pursuing BSN in nursing, works full time providing Healthcare to disabled, is well trusted and respected is being persecuted by this doctor for following her other doctors pain management regime simply because she does agree with the medical use of Marijuana

I was pleased with my experience. Dr. Veltkamp is professional, sincere, and very approachable.

I was referred to evaluate memory loss. She made me feel comfortable and gave me alot of short tasks to evaluate how my mind is and isn't working. Later she explained her finding the tests told her where I need additional tools too come better. I found it helpful.

I went to Dr Veltkamp to review some memory loss. She managed to put me at ease and kept the tasks she set me light and positive. At the end she explained what she found clearly and explained the next step/ I wa fortunate she had time in her schedule to see me.

Dr. Veltkamp has provided services for my daughter and my husband. She was instrumental in setting the stage for my daughter's positive high school educational experience. The information she shared with the staff helped them to develop a very specific plan that ensured my daughter would have a learning environment that allowed her to feel and be successful. Thank you Dr. Veltkamp, we so appreciate you!

Amazing professional, worth every penny! Dr. Veltkamp was instrumental in evaluating my daughter's learning disabilities and developing a plan for the school district to follow that allowed for my daughter's success in high school. We are forever grateful to her.

Horrible experience! VERY expensive and disappointing

Too expensive for the quality of service.

Took my son in for an evaluation and his results came back that he was mentally retarded which is very clearly NOT the case. I then took him for two different evaluations and both said Dr. Veltcamp was wrong and shouldnt have told me that. All of his teachers even told me they certainly don't agree with her 'diagnosis'. Very upsetting considering I spent over $1000 and given a wrong diagnosis. Also devastating to hear your child is retarded when clearly they aren't.

An older man I know was required to be evaluated by Veltkamp. Even though he did fine on the test, at the end she said he couldn't handle his finance and had no short term memory. Both of those are totally wrong. He actually does an excellent job of his finances and his short term memory is normal. Do not trust this person.
