I got dressed and left after sitting in the waiting room and then exam room for an hour and a 1/2 with NO explanation why. There was only 1 person in the waiting room before me and when I left. We are told that we will get billed if we are late for an appointment and I always try to be prompt but then the same respect is not shown to the pt. To make you sit and wait for 1 1/2 hours in either a waiting room (with a blaring T.V.) or in a thin gown in the exam room with no explanation makes for a very poor practice.

Appointment was at 1015. Arrived at 1008. Secretary loudly criticized me for not arriving at 10. I waited 35 minutes in the waiting room then was told I'd have to reschedule because I wasn't 15 minutes early for paperwork. Rude condescending AnalRetentive office personnel.

Dr. Maxfield is the best! I am always very impressed with her kind and understanding demeanor, thoroughness, patience and her ability to diagnose and treat my medical problems and concerns. I would highly recommend her to my family and friends.

Dr. Maxfield has been my physician for several years and I feel very confident in her care. My questions and concerns are always addressed and I leave my appointments very satisfied in her treatment. I would recommend Dr. Maxfield to anyone!

She is the best! We loved Dr Maxfield from day 1! She answered all the questions and did step by step instructions on the big day! She was only a phone call away! She is pleasant, caring, whole hearted in the profession and trusted!

When I had my appointment she took time to answer all of questions and I knew she truly cared about my health concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Maxfield!

She is very kind and considerate, explains procedures clearly and understandably and is so sweet and understanding. Listens to your needs and finds the best way to help and what direction she would suggest. I wish I still lived close enough to still go to her but I would recommend her to everyone I know that she is the best around!

She is very experienced and professional in all aspects of her job. I have a great respect for her ability to deal with tough conversations that are sometimes needed between a patient and doctor. She always has the best interest of her patient (and baby) in mind.

Dr. Maxfield is kind and an outstanding physician and always takes time to answer my questions, even though I do not visit her office regularly she always makes time for my calls and questions.

Dr. Maxfield was very kind, compassionate and especially efficient before, during and after my procedure. I highly recommend Dr. Maxfield to family, friends and anyone looking for a reputable, trustorthy physician. Thank you Dr. Maxfield!

I first started talking to them when I found out I was pregnant about six weeks along when I got to seven weeks I started bleeding so I called to try to talk to a doctor and didn't talk to anyone but the receptionist eventually was told I was misscarying and still never even got to talk to or see my doctor makes me wonder if the care at all worst experience of my life
