The most unprofessional I’ve ever had the misfortune to deal with. Dr. Sumcad is a nice enough physician, however it’s evident there are zero expectations for his staff, nor is patient care a priority. I’ve gone through hell for a simple referral and been told multiple times by his OFFICE MANAGER that they’re too busy and don’t have time to follow up with me. It’s unacceptable and the good doctor should be more prudent on who he chooses to represent his practice. No patient should have to file grievances and endure stress trying to receive care. This Dr. Sumcad must be on drugs! Why? I tried for 2 & a half months to see him & he cancelled 3 separate times! His staff is rude & i wouldnt waist my time ive made 3 separate grievances against this doctor & staff just a joke!

The wait is very long but completely worth it because dr. Jocelyn sumcad gives you the best medical attention. He takes his time and is very patient as well as caring for all his patients. Gina MA is also very welcoming, understanding and very flexible when scheduling appointments.
