This office doesn't even deserve one star. I have not even attended my appointment and will now not be due to the absolutely horrible treatment received by someone in the office. Absolutely disgusting. When I tried to explain what was going on, she yelled at me and hung up the phone on me. Beyond unprofessional. This person shouldn't be working with people in any capacity. I see I am not the first person to give a review like this regarding the office staff. Steer clear of this office.

The nurse gossiping about patients within ear shot of other patients is very unprofessional.

The staff was nice and Dr Pasha was good, the address is wrongly listed on here as Washington Avenue in downtown Albany, it should be Washington Avenue Ext by the mall. We ended up 30 mins late by the time we figured it out, but they still saw us. Once we found the right place, everything was great.

Have always had excellent experiences with Dr. Celestin. He takes time, listens and addresses my concerns. I have mild asthma and allergies, and he has helped with both of them immensely.

One of the most brilliant doctors I have met. He is an expert in his field and was able to get my diagnosis correct after 10 years of doctors unable to figure it out. He will always return phone calls and he truly cares about his patients. I would and have recommended him to others.

Thank you so much for helping fight the big fight on getting answers to a very completed disease Sarcoid and low levels of hemoglobins .

He is such a sweet caring doctor. My son's rhumetologist needed help and an opinion for my son to be diagbosed with autoimmune. This doctor helped no problems and now my son can get the care he needs. I'm very grateful for him as a part of my sons team. He even spoke to thomas on his level and explained what the present and future will be. He is a great doctor and highly recommend him

I have been a patient of Dr. Celestine for well over 2 years. When I came to him, after several tests, he informed me that a had a very compromised immune system. He also explained to my husband and I that I would have to be on IGIV infusions for the rest of my life. The news overwhelmed me terribly, but his calm and tender explanation of this diagnosis completely settled me. He is one of the most competent, caring and hands on Dr. I have ever had. I feel so very lucky!!

I would not trust him with my health or anyone else's ever. He barely listened to me. Would not look at tests or report from other drs. Did Actual Physical Damage (I had to take photos it was that bad). Invited a handful of students into exam room with barely a word. Proceeds to address them & not me. At the end of the appointment he simply walked out. I had to go ask a nurse if the appointment was over. No testing ordered. No diagnosis or treatment. Beyond appalling- left basically in tears.

Dr. Celestin was my mother's Asthma doctor, as well as my daughter's. He is an amazing man! I've never in my life seen a physician take time out of his own hectic day to explain step by step what was going on with my mother's illness (not even the attending physician).... He took time out of his private life to attend her funeral. This man has all of my respect and I appreciate everything he's done for her, my daughter and our family.
