She is direct and thorough. She is easy to talk to and addresses all concerns with mercy and knowledge. Offers additional relative information to consider. Her office staff is excellent. From her office receptionist Kate who is warm and welcoming to her medical assistant who is easy to talk to and caring.

Can't get into to see her or any Dr at this practice for a medical emergency non pregnancy related. I called due to an ongoing issue where urgent care can no longer help and treatment from them didn't work. They advised for me to see my gynecologist. I called Dr Carlo's office and they said next available appt. is in January. Imagine that! I'd like to be seen ASAP. Shame on them

I waited 65 minutes in the exam room in robe undressed for her to see me for my 5 minute exam. The office should have the courtesy to call to say she is running behind. This also happened last year. I feel this is very disrespectful of her patients time.

Honestly have nothing but amazing things to say about Dr Carlo and her offices both in Wall and Jackson. I was experiencing such a terrible situation that she turned into such a huge learning experience for me. She is very through and always follows up. She explores all avenues and doesn’t make you rush into decisions. She is also very empathetic and sincere every time I’ve seen here. Made me truly realize how important it is to have not only a doctor but the RIGHT doctor. Thank you Dr Carlo

Dr. Carlo has an amazing personality, but not such amazing performance in the office. On multiple occasions she did not catch certain ailments & I had to switch to another doctor that caught them first visit. It was very stressful and disappointing. My visits have often felt rushed, as if she didn’t want to be there. Staff have also been very quick & rushing conversations over the phone. Very sweet doctor but dissatisfied with her work.

She is a wonderful Dr. she makes you feel very calm, she is very gentle, and you gain her trust by her truthfulness, she tells it the way it is......I had 2 procedures with her and she guided me threw it step by step.She is excellent and her staff is wonderful. I would recommend her to anyone of my family or friends. Thank you Dr Carlo.......

Having had the same M.D. for years, I was anxious about seeing a new one. I shouldn't have been, my experience was excellent. The office staff, the nurse, and Dr. Carlo treated me with patience and respect. Dr. Carlo answered all my questions and concerns. She is professional and approachable and I feel confident receiving my care from her.

Dr. Carlo is incredibly patient, direct and empathetic. She answers all of my questions (and I always have zillions) in detail. She is very well informed and highly respected by her peers. I just a full hysterectomy done by Dr. Carlo. She selected an amazing team for my surgery...and walked me through the entire process. I really can't say enough good things.
