Dr. Chacko and his PA are such an awesome team. I had my baby boy at the Birth Center of Denver and they don’t offer or perform circumcisions. Xio scheduled us for a last minute appointment graciously and everything from start to finish was super smooth. Highly recommend for newborn circumcision!

Dr Chacko was great with our son who had to have a surgery at 9 months old. He communicated well with us & made us know that our son was in good hands.

Three surgeries between two kids and nothing but good things to say!

My son had two surgeries with Dr. Chacko when he was 1. Dr. Chacko was a wonderful and calming physician throughout and made me feel much more at ease during what was an otherwise trying experience. He has a warm personality and fixed my son as a good as new! I am very thankful to have had him as my son's surgeon.

Went for a consult and he was very quick to do surgery for our 15 month old sons undescended testicle. He told us there was 0 percent chance if it ever coming down on its on. My husband didn’t feel great about it so we wanted to get a second opinion since he is still so young. Three days later for the first time ever his testicle was in his sack...which he told us there was a 0 percent chance of. Unfortunately it didn’t stay so we scheduled a second consult at children’s hospital. As of right now he does not need surgery and we will monitor it every year. He has what’s called a retractile testicle which can happen and is normal. Thank God we went and got a second opinion before we scheduled an unnecessary surgery. I don’t feel like Dr. Chako did his due diligence and never even mentioned a possibility of this diagnosis to us. He just pushed for surgery. I would never use the doctor or recommend him to anyone.

He was great. My infant son had an incompletely descended testicle, and Dr. Chacko put my mind at ease over the procedure, which went perfectly. He's got a relaxed and professional attitude, which put me at ease-- might not be for everyone. The surgery and recovery went very smoothly. I didn't have many questions or require much time, so he would chit-chat a little. For our final post-op, I wanted to squeeze it in a few weeks early before the end of year (transitioning to a high-deductible plan) and his office was very accommodating. As a pediatric specialist, I think his skills are in-demand so there was a lot of waiting involved. We waited for hours on surgery day and the waiting time in his office and in the exam room can take a while, but I can't imagine it could be much better for any other specialist.

Our pediatrician referred us to Dr Chacko because our newborn possibly had hypospadias and a slight bend. We saw him for a consult and he was very informative and easily explained surgery and what to expect. Surgery was performed at 7 months old, again he was very reassuring and explained everything throughly. Just saw him for the post-op follow up and all looks great. If we are in need of a pediatric urologist in the future, we won’t hesitate to see Dr. Chacko.

We had a good experience with Dr. Chacko for both of our sons. Our older he consulted with us and no follow-up was required yet he was able to discuss options in the furture if desired. For our 9 month of who was in need of a correction, he was able to explain why surgery was needed, why they do the procedure when they are young, recovery and the expected result. His reponse regarding our son's condition could be seen as dismissive yet it was helpful to understand this procedure was not unique and his experience with this correction ample. All in all we are glad we had it done, our little one recovered quickly and never missed a beat, just as he said he would. I also enjoyed his bed side manner with our sons as he is playful, engaging and friendly. His staff at the Denver location/St. Lukes were friendly, and responsive (calls or email).

Dr. Chacko's bedside manner was the best! He definitely passed the "bedside manners" test in medical school. He was awesome with my young adult son. My son was very comfortable with him and trusted him to do his surgery. He was knowledgeable and consistently thorough at every appointment, on surgery day and post op. I highly recommend him!

He is so amazing. Knows how to talk to you. Make you laugh and keep your child happy. Personally I will always go to chacko, and recommend him to everyone.

We felt safe if Dr. Chacko's care. He talks fast, but he was thorough and answered all our questions. Our son was 8 months old when he needed surgery and it couldn't have gone better. We couldn't get in for our post op for 4 months, so make sure to schedule that at the time of surgery. The nurse who took him back to the OR was a different one from our pre-op nurse, so he hadn't even seen this nurse. Would have been nice if she had come out and introduced herself prior to taking him back.

Very much appreciate the wonderful job Dr. Chacko did repairing our baby's inguinal hernia a couple of months ago. Great bedside manner and great surgeon. Would highly recommend.

Both of my boys underwent circumcision surgery. Dr. Chacko did a great job explaining what he was going to do and how to care for them post-op. I was told by a nurse that he is a perfectionist (she said it in a positive way), and I can definitely see that with the outcomes they had. I recommend this doctor.

From the first visit to the last Dr Chacko was answered all my questions and was easy to talk to. His nurse assistant was great with questions too after the surgery. I was so afraid of my 6 month old having g surgery but it all went fine (with the excyof the nurse on surgery day who took him to the OR, but that's a hospital thing). Will for sure go back to Dr Chacko if ever needed. Thank you Dr Chacko.

Dr. Chacko was very personable & took time to explain what needed to be repaired. Our son's surgery was quick, went really well and he is now doing great!

You know when you meet a doc that does outstanding work in a matter of fact fashion all with a great rapport for the patient and the family - you would be lucky. So we were very lucky to work with Dr. Chacko when our son needed to have an important surgery. We are thankful for his care.

Dr. Chacko is wonderful! He is an amazing surgeon and physician. Our family has felt so well cared for at his office and throughout the surgical procees. As a parent and a nurse, I highly recommend him ??

Working with Dr. Chacko has been a wonderful experience. My son needed a surgery and he explained the process and answered all questions. Bedside manner is great. Appointments were quick and easy.

Dr Chacko got straight to the point, explained in terms us parents could understand, even to the point of drawings on the table. Definitely recommend him for anyone looking for a dr for their little one.

Our 8 month old was seen by Dr. Chacko for a surgery. He explained everything in detail answered any questions and was great! The surgery went wonderfully and you wouldn’t have even known our son had surgery later that day bc he was acting normal! Would highly recommend Dr. Chacko.

Dr. Chacko took excellent care of our grandson. He did a very good job explaining the procedure and answering our questions at the first visit and then again 3 months later a week before surgery. The office staff was welcoming and friendly and appointments were pretty much right in time. We never felt rushed and he made sure all our questions were answered before each appointment ended. It is very scary having a 7 month old having surgery with general anesthetic but they did a great job!

We worked with Dr. Chacko out of his Colorado Springs office for our 6 month old son and his circumcision that needed a little extra speciality. He took great care of him and made us feel comfortable. The appointments were quick but he took time to answer any questions we had. Surgery on a 6 month old is stressful but he was very understanding and the procedure went extremely well and our son didn’t even seem uncomfortable after. I would definitely recommend Dr. Chacko!

Dr. Chacko went above and beyond to provide exceptional health care for my son. He is only 8 months and had to have two surgeries: a circumsicion and ear tube insertions. Dr. Chacko helped us find a pediatric ENT who works at the same hospital as him and could coordinate schedules to perform both surgeries on the same visit. This meant my infant son would only need to be put under anesthesia once instead of twice! His office staff called and made all the appointments with the other doctor.

Dr Chacko operated on my 9 month old 2 days ago..He's been her specialist since birth..He's brilliant! Very friendly and talented surgeon! We are blessed with him for sure!

Dr. Chacko came highly recommended from our pediatrician. We were so nervous about having our 6 month old operated on, but Dr. Chacko made us feel comfortable with the procedure. Everything turned out great. Would recommend.

Dr. Chacko was recommended to us by the hospital nurse to do our son's circumcision procedure. Our first meeting with Dr. Chacko, I knew we were in good hands! Prior to the procedure, we had another follow up and then before we knew it, our son had our procedure. I was very impressed with every meeting we had with Dr. Chacko and it was great he has an office in the Springs. That made it very convenient for us! And to say the least, his circumcision is something to be proud of!

Very nice doctor son left comfortable with him.

I love this Dr. My son had to hernia operations and he did a wonderful job and when my daughter was born she had a kidney issues and he took good care of us again. He very friendly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. I would highly recommend him. I appreciated him being very thorough with my kids and providing excellent service to my family. Big thanks to him and his staff.

We really enjoyed our experience with Dr. Chacko. I agree with other reviews that he talks fast, but I feel that is due to his energy and enthusiasm. He is funny, easy going and easy to talk to. We were at ease the entire time we worked with him for my son's chordee repair. We found his nurse Deb to be warm and friendly as well, and very helpful when we needed to reschedule my son's experince. Overall a great experience!

Highly pleased and highly recommend! He is fast when he needs to be, but I also never feel rushed when I have questions or need more information. He did a excellent job taking care of our sons surgery, his confidence put me right at ease as well!

I am by no means "new" to the medical world, (med office assistant, surgery scheduler, medical biller and also have an extensive personal medical history). My grandson had to have a procedure and it was performed by Dr. Chacko. I met Dr. Chacko before the surgery and he answered all of the questions that I had, and he was also very thorough in explaining everything after surgery. So with my experience in working with all kinds of Physicians and their staff, I highly recommend Dr. Chacko!

Dr Chacko is an excellent doctor. He took the time to explain to us everything about our twin boys conditions and what their surgeries would entail. He was thorough, confident, compassionate, and put our minds at ease. Dr. Chacko is a top notch pediatric urologist and our boys' surgeries went smoothly and they recovered without complications. I would highly recommend Dr. Chacko as we had a fantastic experience with him and his staff

Dr Chacko was amazing! He thoroughly explained what was going on with my son and how to fix it. He has a great bedside manner which is comforting. Thank you Dr Chacko for doing such a great job getting my kiddo back to normal.

Dr. Chacko is amazing! He did our premature sons surgery and everything went perfectly! The area healed very nicely and he was very informative in regards to how to take care of the area and both Dr. Chacko and his staff at the hospital kept us updated all through out the surgery as well. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for pediatric urology. He's a great doctor!

Dr. Chacko took wonderful care of both my infant son and toddler daughter! He performed a delayed circumcision on my son at about 6 months old and monitored the kidney reflux he was born with. Fortunately that issue resolved on its own and my son did not need surgery. As for my daughter, she had some strange bladder issues at about three years old and Dr. Chacko immediately discovered the problem. He is helpful and easy to talk to - we highly recommend him!

My son had a delayed circumcision at 6 months. Dr. Chacko was very explanatory from his first visit at 2 months to his post surgery appointment at 7 months. He answered any questions or concerns I had regarding his procedure and was very helpful during recovery. As a mother it is scary when you baby has to undergo anesthesia and Dr. Chako settled my nerves and was amazing with my son. I couldn't be more happy with the service and outcome. I would highly recommend Dr. Chacko to anyone.

My son had a procedure with Dr. Chacko. His bedside manner is terrific, with both my son and with me. I felt very confident in his knowledge and his surgical skill. The surgery result was perfect. I would highly recommend Dr. Chacko.

He talks quickly but is very willing to slow down and explain things and answer any questions if you ask him. He took excellent care of our son.

Dr. Chacko is a fantastic doctor. He is very kind and patient, especially with an anxious mother like myself! My sons surgery went very well and so did his recovery. I couldn't have asked for a better team to take care of my child.

Our 6 month old son went in for surgery, and Dr. Chacko was excellent, he was even running ahead of time the day of, the surgery went well and we felt so comfortable.

Dr. Chako did an excellent job with my two younger sons, both of whom required a special procedure. He took time to explain their situations, the procedures, the results. We would recommend him very highly.

Dr. Chacko treated my sons case like it was a waste of time/been there, done that kind of issue. The visit felt rushed, and we waited in the exam room for 45 minutes before anyone came in. Overall, my sons issue was taken care of. However, my main problem is the billing and customer service at this place. TERRIBLE, RUDE, UNHELPFUL. Their billing is very messed up and I'm now in a big mess w/Tricare. Would not recommend-go somewhere else!

Dr. Chacko operated on my son. He was gave very detailed explanations of what was going to happen, right down to drawing diagrams. He was pleasant and answered all of our questions. We came to him looking for a 2nd opinion and found that his overall demeanor and approach to my sons problem was much preferred to first doctor we saw. I would recommend using him for any pediatric urology needs.

Dr Chacko diagnosed a condition in my 5 year old that no doctor had previously (we just moved to the area). The surgery was set up to suit our schedule and concerns. The procedure went very smooth. My son had a very fast recovery and no post-op complications. Just to double check on something a week later, I called his office and was able to speak directly to Dr. Chacko. That eased my mind knowing that he was there to answer our questions.
