Excellent all the way!
She is great in her practice. But I have many cancelling by Sotelo, at the last moment. Very unprofessional.
I saw Dr. Sotelo for approximately 2 years. I thought she knew me really well but after I was falsely accused by the receptionist of using profanity & Dr. Sotelo would not listen to me when she should have known I don't cuss. She also allowed her nurse to yell at me while I suffered from amnesia & would repeat sentences. Very unprofessional & heartless. Not something I want in a psychiatrist or clinic!
