Was very short with me and didn’t even give me any kind of recommendations for my issue. Everybody else seem warm and welcoming. I prefer the nurse practitioner honestly. I will be letting them know how I felt.

I would rather be referred out to someone that listens instead of cutting me short; however, the nurse practitioner was extremely professional. If I have to pay for medical services, the least the doctor can do is listen to my concerns.

I am in her office with my neighbor. She did not want to take time and listen to her. She was very curt. I went to her for over 4 years with a Gall bladder issue and she did not diagnose it a PA did from her office when she LISTENED to me.

Dr. Matthews is an excellent physician. She listens, and is very thorough in her assessment and follow-up.

Awesome experience! Very professional and proficient. Will be making patient referrals to her practice.

Dr Matthews was amazing! Before the procedures she talked to me about everything & then after she explained all of my results in a very clear way that I could understand. All of the staff was super friendly & kind. Even got a call the next day to make sure I was still doing ok and see if I had any questions or concerns.

My experience with Dr. Matthews was outstanding.

Joanne matthews is the most unprofessional. Can't show up for schedule procedure on time. Sitting here actively at the hospital since 7am... And since 8am we have been told, she is running late and on the way. Awful awful care provider. Get someone else. Awful awful awful. It is now 9.14am... she finally showed up... When addressed as to why she was late she ignored my mother's question... Acted as if we ignorant... Bad bed side manner. This woman should not be a medical doctor. Awful. M
