Dr. Kleckner and her staff are fanatical.about cleaning and disinfecting everything. Everyone I have encountered there has been friendly, courteous, and competent. I couldn't ask for better.

Very professional and personal

This is one of the best experiences I have had at a dentist office. The paperwork being sent ahead of the visit via email is really convenient and makes for a streamline experience. The staff is very friendly and able to answer any questions that came up during the visit and Dr. Joanna Kleckner was very kind and made me feel at ease. 10/10 would recommend

Very nice and informative. They talk to you and listen when you talk back, remember you and what you talked about last time. They are honest and answer any questions you have, and they do thorough work!

Every time I go there it's a great experience. Everyone is so professional and are keeping my teeth in good condition. Also everyone is so nice

I had a cleaning and a checkup with Dr. Lam. He, and all of the staff were are friendly and professional. The office is warm, welcoming, and modern. I think I have a new dentist!

If you are someone like me that uses reviews to determine if you want to patronize a business, this is the review for you. I have been looking for a good dentist for a couple years now and I found one yesterday with 330 dentist. My experience from setting the appointment over the phone to checking out was a 10+++! I was able to be seen the same day for a cleaning ( luck). Lou was my tech and she was very professional and thorough made sure I was ok and answered any questions I may have. She gave me the best cleaning I have ever had, honestly. Dr. Lahm I may be spelling name wrong, sorry, was just as great. I feel as if I’m definitely getting the best dental care in there hands. Listen give them a chance and i quarantee you want be disappointed. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!

I recommend getting a second opinion before you get any work done by this practice. They told me I had nine cavities, quoted me 2000$ worth of work and had a treatment plan ready within the day. I got a thorough second opinion (with proper X-rays) and it turns out Kleckners staff lied to me. He didn’t find evidence of a single cavity. I, obviously, was very upset and called to speak to the manager to bring it to her attention. She sounded like the took these calls frequently and was very careful with the words she chose. Once I explained the situation, all she said was, “it’s a difference of medical opinion between doctors.” Okay? Dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Your staff basically told me my teeth were in terrible shape, I have nine cavities and they need to be taken care of immediately. For me to go to another dentist to validate your claims, to not find ANYTHING of concern, means that either your staff is incompetent or they are lying and trying to scam their patients out of money. Very disappointed and upset with my experience. I’m just grateful I don’t have nine cavities though ????

Great people. Compassionate and caring.

Very friendly, non-judgemental, accommodating staff. They provided great care and were patient and gentle with my nervous 10 year old.

One of my kids had to go to another dentist that told him he had several cavities filled, but then I brought him to Joanna Kleckner’s and found out that he didn’t need all that. Be careful who you go to. I trust this dentist.

I've had at least 7 different dentists and having a filling done here has been the most comfortable and least painful in my life. Two fillings done in under an hour and the work is superb. Highly recommended!

Going to the dentist is not a fun or enjoyable experience in my opinion. Joanna Kleckner's office is competent and makes the experience less stressful with their friendly and professional staff.

Dr’s Joanna Kleckner and Emilia Plevris are simply the best!! Their staff is Awesome they are second to none which is a direct indication of the leadership and guidance they receive from Joanna and Emilia!! If you need a dentist look no further. They are the BEST!!

Recently found this place after not being to a dentist in over 10yrs. It's been a while but i don't remember the dentist being so nice. Everyone at the office is very friendly and welcoming. Their hygienist had me cleaned up with almost no pain and was very kind. Dr Lam is the man, he took care of 4 fillings for me and made it seem effortless. Dr. Kleckner and her team always go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable for anything I need. I have moved 45 minutes away, but I will always make the trip! Best dentist around!! Office is safe, clean and adheres to all standards regarding Covid. The staff are all kind and attentive, work is done efficiently and is thorough, and they are always on time. Can’t recommend them enough!!

I went in to Dr. Kleckner’s office today to have a old filling redone. The staff was very kind and caring. The Dentist came in and explained everything step by step before and during the process, and they stressed on making me comfortable during my visit. I’m 53 and have always gone to the dentist on a regular basis. I went to Dr. Kleckner’s for the first time two weeks ago as a new patient. I just found my new Dentist. Everyone there was fantastic. I love Jaime and followed her to this dental practice. Dr. Kleckner is pleasant and very nice so that is a big plus! Interaction within the office is limited right now but everyone seems distantly nice!

Incredible service. Staff is very professional and my procedure was quick and painless! Dr. Lam did a great job of explaining medical concepts in layman’s terms.

Being new to Dr. Kleckner’s office I didn’t know what to expect, but the entire office is so kind and professional. Dr. Lam and his assistant were great, they truly cared for my well-being and health.

Friendly staff easy to adjust an appointment should somthing happen. When I arrived text to let them know I was in and quickly was in the chair.

I was more happy with my visit for the semi annual barnacle cleaning. My hygienist Amy was very kind and discussed reasons as to why we do have plague, bleeding gums, calcium in spit, etc. Very informative. Much more tolerable visit and won't be as anxious on my next.

My experience at Dr. Kleckner was very good. The staff is all professional and gets the job done. I had a cleaning and many places the dental hygienist are very rough and afterwards my teeth and gum bleed. Today they were gentle and went over everything with me.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Everyone is friendly. They are gentle and explain what they are doing as they do it.

So nice to go to a appointment and be treated so wonderful! Everyone was so nice and understood that not everyone has tons of extra money to spend at the dentist!

I did not like my experience today 10/25/21. The receptionist asked me if I had been vaccinated for Covid 19 and implied that I could come in and wait if I had been. This is still a free country and everyone should be treated the same. A dentist office doesn’t need to know about vaccinations to treat patients. My doctors office doesn’t ask me about vaccinations and they treat everyone the same. I am thinking about changing dentists! I did not like my experience today 10/25/21. The dental service and support that we, my wife and I, receive from Dr Kleckner is totally excellent. Dr. Kleckner and her staff are truly caring and competent.

Horrible. Went in for a cleaning and they poked my gums and made them bleed. Then they wanted to do two unnecessary crowns and a white filling. They don't do the longer lasting silver fillings anymore, but every other dentist does. Six months later I decided to keep my cleaning appointment thinking it was an off day. They canceled my appointment without telling me because i responded STOP to their many text messages. They are totally incompetent. Horrible. First time visit to office. The doctors and staff are so nice and professional. They took the time to check on my insurance coverage. The office has new, easier ways to get photos of teeth. Easy to park and office is on street level, no stairs.

Dr Kleckner's office is run very safe concerning the Corona Virus. Organized, professional and friendly. Willing and helpful regarding meeting financial obligations i.e. checking your insurance or working with their own plan to help make things manageable while taking care of your dental health.

I haven’t been to the dentist in over a decade, I was nervous and anxious and I was taken care of with the most compassion and respect I have ever received in a dental office. They did a fabulous job and made what is usually really traumatic experience a good one.

Dr Lam is an Excellent Dentist, the staff are amazing, friendly. They will treat you with kid gloves if needed. I couldn't have found a better Dentist ????

The girl who cleaned my teeth was very kind and gentle. She talked with me and was very helpful in answering all my questions.

It’s a pleasure now to go to the dentist. What a shock!! They are very nice and do a great job and it’s painless. Give them a 10 out of 10.

Jaime is a fantastic dental assistant! She’s so gentle, sweet, and informative without making you feel like an idiot sandwich for not flossing 86 times a day.

My dental health care is always taken care of in a professional manner. My questions are answered completely. I am always able to choose when recommended treatments are available to me. Everyone is genuinely nice as well.

I saw Dr. Pleveris, she was very friendly and the room had the latest in equipment for preventing spread of germs. Also new, at least to me dental equipment. It was almost a pleasure to have an old filling removed and replaced! The dental tech was also very friendly and accommodating! A big thumbs up to them!

This was extremely efficient office. The staff and dentist kept me well informed throughout my appointment. They were very knowledgeable, kind and patient. Their computer system was impressive. Most of my paperwork had been completed by the time I arrived at the office and insurance coverage and reimbursement was loaded into their system which was available to the technician when we discussed a procedure that I needed to have done in the future. I have been taking my children here for several years. They left a message saying they implemented a new out of pocket fee for PPE that I have to pay it in order to have my children’s teeth cleaned. I have been to the pediatrician, dermatologist, orthodontist and the chiropractor since the pandemic and no other medical professional has implemented an out-of-pocket fee like this. My hours at work have been cut due to the pandemic and I don’t have the extra money for this fee. I called the office and spoke to a rude receptionist over the phone, I explained my situation and she told me I was out of luck, if I couldn’t pay the additional fees up front then my kids could not have their teeth cleaned. Also when explaining my struggles with my current financial situation she laughed!
