Lack of professionalism,manager girl need a lot of training in customer service. Nice expensive products,really nice ones. Hope the personal get better training soon,cause the quality glasses are really good. When they did the measurements for my new glasses, they forget some of them,they called me 2 days later to retake.

Dr Chan is an amazing Dr. I really want to stop coming because of the charge . If you don't have cash you use a card and there is an additional fee to your card. I am not happy about that. All my medical visits has no additional fees if I use debit. Anyway I keep on coming back because of the service I got. So far all of the staff and the front desk were nice and the glasses assistant were apologetic about my glasses issues. Other than that all were great.

Good to be back, better if I not wore glasses & had to pay lot of money, too much.

Dr. Barnett was very thorough in getting my medical history and spent a lot of time explaining findings of different tests performed.She is very knowledgeable and kind!! Mr.Barnett explained what my insurance covers which I heard for the first time even though I have the same insurance and wearing glasses for many many years!! I recommend this practice to anyone!

I love Dr. Barnett and her professional work. Been her patient for over 11 yrs. I would recommend her highly. I don’t however, appreciate the staff working for her. Yesterday, I was charged $7 extra for using credit card, and was told by the receptionist that if used check or cash, I did not have to pay this extra charge. If they at least had notified me, I would have taken my checkbook with me. Not a very friendly staff members, but EXCELLENT doctor. I love Dr. Barnett and her professional work. I was coming here before Sears shut down. Love Dr. Joanna. She is definitely an expert in her field and is super helpful. My socially awkward teenager is comfortable around her and that speaks VOLUMES!! The staff is wonderful as well they just process super smooth and super easy!! See again next year!!

When I made the appointment I let them know that I needed to be sure that my insurance is accepted there, that I just needed my vision test for a new glasses; when I was there they made me 4 tests and after that they verified my insurance information, they found out that just covers 2 tests so I had to pay for the other two… for me was very disappointing becaus as is true that I should have known my coverage is also a fact that they should have asked me which tests do I wanted or at least explained me what they were doing they just did the tests and that’s it. they are the experts I didn’t know that they were doing special tests in me. So when I asked me to pay $60 dlls (when I could have paid 0 ) I asked why and mostly the reason was that because we did 4 test on you.then the man that was supposed to help me with the glasses he was super rude like if you are not buying an expensive one we don’t care for you. I was able to make my appointment very quickly, the staff were quick, easy going and professional. I didn't have to wait long for them to attend me when I got there. Over all the visit was quick and efficient. Good experience overall.

Dr. Joanna and her staff were so attentive to my 16 year-old son. I traveled out of the U.S. and he suddenly had difficulty seeing as his eyes were bloody red and sore. I felt helpless because I wasn't available to take him and was very worried. It was also on a Sunday and we didn't have an appointment. I called and spoke to an associate who agreed to see him with an adult. His older sister who lives in Columbia, Maryland met up with him at the office. First time with this doctor. Decided to try it instead of going all the way to Lorton to our old eye doctor location after we move to ashburn. The doctor is nice and have lots of selections with frames. It’s just pricy. Just hope they would be upfront with prices on eye exams and contacts exams and that their separate so you don’t have to do both exams and pay for both. Was charge more good think is I called my insurance and they called them that’s when i found out that they charge me more and didn’t give me the 15% that they should for contact exams. Dr Chang was very nice and patient. She re-measured my eyes and came out with a good prescription. I often had doubts to which numbers I could see more clearly but she was very patient. The staff was extremely friendly and professional from appointment setting to day of! Dr Barnett is very thorough and personal! She takes great care in ensuring her patients are well informed! I have found my eye doc!!!

This was our first visit and we will definitely be back. My 14 yr old daughter needed glasses for the first time. Dr. B took her time and explained everything not only for me to understand but my daughter too. Customer service was prompt and friendly. Our favorite part was of course picking out frames.
