Dr. Pfundstein is a responsive, caring physician. I appreciate and respect her knowledge , patience and concern for my health.

Dr. Pfundstein is very knowledgeable about my many physical problems and the medications used to treat them. One of the main reasons I'm with MDVIP is that I need a "clearinghouse" physician who can oversee and coordinate my many meds. I have every confidence in Dr Pfundstein's abilities in this regard. Both the doctor and her staff make every effort to see me in a timely manner when necessary but are also willing to talk with me by phone when that will suffice. Dr. Pfundstein's office environment is warm and welcoming, as is the doctor herself. No matter how personal or delicate my condition and/or questions are, she allows me to feel comfortable discussing them. The doctor has many contacts within the medical community in our area and has referred me to two other physicians with different specialties. Both of them are top notch! Not to be overlooked are Dr. Pfundstein's nursing staff as well as her front desk representative, Jo Ellen. All are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Joann Pfundstein, MD is one of the most thorough and conscientious physicians I have had the pleasure of working with. She has picked up on details, likely missed by others with our extensive Autoimmune background.
