Had and emergency and they got me in right away. Took care of all my needs. Explained everything well. Very gentle.

By far the worst place ever! They will not do anything but waste time and money! Just a bunch of lazy people who work there! Let a patient go with out needs to be shut down!

If your looking for a dentist I would recommend Dr Musgrave. Excellent dentist. They explain everything well and really seem to care.

Always a positive experience. Very good dentist and staff. My children love going to the dentist because them.

Great office. I felt very comfortable going there during the pandemic. I felt the office did everything for keeping the patients and staff covid safe. My filling was done pain free. They made certain all my questions were answered and took very good care of me.

I let her do 1 tooth several years ago Worst experience and choice. When she drilled she didn't have suction or water going so I can't even describe the feel taste or smell. She had me go rinse at the water fountain. It seemed nothing was sanitary and I was right. Years this filling hurt finally it broke apart (what a blessing) there was decay underneath. Dr. Musgrave has been my dentist for the last 20 years or so - My dental experience has always been good, even with the bad stuff like fillings. She and the entire staff are very friendly and professional.

I usually hate going to the dentist but this has been a wonderful experience. I am so glad I found this office

Dr. Musgrave was my longtime dentist. 17 years! Most of my life! I never remembered having any problems with her while a childhood patient. As an adult, I have not had awesome experiences here. It started when I was getting a crown done. You have to go back several times for a crown. During my first visit for the crown, they took out one of my fillings at the same to redo it, but then never filled it back in, so after the numbing wore off, I had a hole in my tooth all weekend. I have one tooth that is a problem tooth. The filling constantly comes out. So, when it does come out, getting in to get it fixed is rough. She has really limited hours. Last time it came out, I had just been there on a Wednesday to get my routine cleaning and check up. EVERYTHING WAS GOOD. Saturday, I'm chewing a piece of regular, spearmint gum. My filling, THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FINE AS OF WEDNESDAY, came out. So, I call, leave a message, Monday they call back, they can't get me in until TUESDAY. At like 10:30 am. (I work nights, this is like 1 AM for me) THEN, when I get there on Tuesday, they are like, oh hey, we know you're here for this broken filling, and even though we just checked your teeth less than a week ago, this other filling is cracked too... I HATE having work on my teeth. It's so uncomfortable, and its so expensive. I felt like they ignored the first problem just to have me come back in and pay for more work. So as I am sitting there, crying in the chair, THE CHERRY ON TOP, and why I have switched dentists- Dr. Musgrave is sitting there watching me cry about this, asks what is wrong. I tell her all of the complaints I have. She sits there and listens to everything I tell her, and doesn't even try to make it right. It was funny too, because at the start of my appointment, she and one of the techs were talking about how people complain online and never come to them with their concerns. I TOLD YOU MY CONCERNS AND YOU MADE NO OFFER TO FIX OR ALLEVIATE THE SITUATION. I WAS A PATIENT of 17** SEVENTEEN YEARS** Dr. Musgrave was my longtime dentist. 17 years! Most of my life! My entire family goes to Dr Musgrave. My kids love her. I would highly recommend her to anyone. She truly cares about her patients. Dr Musgrave and her entire staff do an excellent job.

My 3 kids and I all had a cleaning done. We were all out in 15 minutes. Kids complained their teeth still felt dirty. I had a filling done and they messed it up so bad I had to go to a different dentist to get it fixed. They left a gap between teeth that felt wrong before I left and I asked them about it before I left and she said its ok I had to get used to it. No, 2 months later I delt with constantly getting food stuck in there. I do not recommend Musgrave for anyone young or old.
