I love Dr Dawson! I was suffering from some crazy symptoms when I came to see her and once she listened to them, she told me that I was having a food allergy reaction and to cut that out. Meeting with her over a few months - she has solved all my major medical issues and now I can live without joint pain and strange blackouts! I had seen so many regular doctors before Dr Dawson and I was being told that I had early rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, inflammation in my blood work that other doctors could not figure out. She pin pointed it within the first session and then monitored me through the transition to ensure that was the only allergy. I owe how good I feel now, to Dr Dawson! I love Dr Dawson!
