Worst customer service office help is very unprofessional and nasty.Your staff is the first thing clients see when they walk in, its a reflection of yourself. Never will recommend this office to anyone the worst!

Dr Choper is smart, sweet, and the best Dr I have seen. She makes you comfortable. Great bedside manner! I would recomend her to my friends. She and her staff are professional and kind!!

Nothing but good to say here. Been with Dr. Choper about 8 years, and she and her staff have been nothing but professional and pleasant to deal with. I find the Dr., accessable in case of emergency and very competent.

Dr. Choper is my primary doctor and the only issue I have is calling the office and setting an appointment. In my experience, they are they rude and unfriendly. I skipped my last physical because I was dreading making the phone call for the appointment. Now I have to go see Dr. Choper and again I'm getting anxiety at making the appointment. It sucks to feel dreadful about something that should be so easy. I have a short temper and do not want to be rattled by them.
