Always running WAY behind schedule. Rude staff when I was 5 minutes late for the first time in around 10 years, but the sarcasm was felt to be justified.

Was a patient with them for years and moved about 45 min away making me find a new Endocrinologist. My Insulin has run out and I've tried contacting them 3 separate times in one day telling them about the importance of my message getting to the Doctor and my good friends at the front desk decided that leaving exactly at 4:30pm was there priority today. Hopefully they don't treat you like this now if you are a patient but God forbid you stop paying them because they don't care if you live or die without your Insulin tonight. Great Service and very competent analysis of my medical situation. She spent a lot of time with me resetting my pump, phone and computer, got me in tight control and spent over two hours with me on my first appointment to assess my situation. I’m very happy with her.

At the office, I couldn't have been treated better. Front office people were very friendly. Dr Bailey didn't rush & was very thorough. She ordered tons of labs. Her nurse left 1 message to call back about my labs. I have now called 6 or 7 times in just over a week & never get a call back. Being able to get through to the front desk is rare. The phone just rings and rings. I had read previous reviews before I made my appointment. While there I kept thinking how wrong they were. Now, not so much. I'm about to call my primary for a new referral, because this is ridiculous. At the office, I couldn't have been treated better. Front office people were very friendly. If you care about your health, DO NOT select this PERSON. I have had NOTHING but a nightmare experience from the beginning. The office staff is just as incompetent. I have made NUMEROUS calls, requesting information, appts, refills etc, only for most of those calls to never be returned. I, again, attempted to contact the office because I never got a call back after leaving a message to be contacted for a follow up after starting a new medication, for TWENTY MINUTES, I attempted to get through, each time selecting -0- to be connected to the front desk. Each time, I was transferred back to the beginning of where I started. 5 separate times this happened, so on the next try I selected that I was a "hospital or doctor", just to see if I would get an answer. I did and when I explained my problem getting through, she said I had to call the main number and hung up on me.

Very discombobulated; can not call in scripts correctly; no one answers the phone-super long hold times

I never got to a visit ! Left 3 messages over 3 days to set up an initial appt and NEVER heard back from her office .

Tried to schedule an appt 3 times by leaving voice message to her office. Never got a call back. Will never try again at an office that rude.

Dr. Bailey is outstanding. She’s attentive, thorough, doesn’t rush you and is very respectful. It’s a totally different experience than with a male doctor, most of whom have a certain way with women patients that I see as disdainful. I feel extremely confident in her judgment.

Never see her. Always the nurse practitioner. Rude office staff. Has only done a physical exam once in a few years. Have extreme nausea with drops and low blood sugar. Won’t prescribe anti nausea, said to go see a GI doctor?

1)Called to make an appointment due to another specialist expressing concern with some lab results. Called- wouldn't even CONSIDER making an appointment until they look at your records.....is that even legal or good customer service? 2) Told me they would call once they received my records but after 10 days no call...and records were sent 10 days ago. 3) 7 minutes on hold just to repeat myself with why I was calling. Might I add, this happened the first time. 4) Require a credit card payment for $5 just to make an appointment. I understand if it was a procedure ...but $5? On top of that I asked if I could call back because I was driving to pick up my daughter and couldn't grab my card. The RUDE lady replied " you'll have to call back and make the appointment when you have that number" Honestly, any medical professional who is concerned with patients' health would never make it this difficult on anyone. Besides it being hard to get in- the poor ladies up front really struggle hard on how to be nice. My first appointment was on June 3, 2020. The upfront staff was efficient and friendly. I was very pleased with the thoroughness of my exam as a person with type 1 diabetes for 68 years! I appreciated the fact that time was not an issue. Dr. Bailey gave me all the time I needed, was pleasant and insightful, asking relevant questions, and providing me with valuable answers. I look forward to my next visit. She is an 'ace' doctor.

Dr. Bailey was recommended and I would have LOVED to have seen her - but I attempted 13 (!!) times to make an appointment and on only ONE of those occasions did someone actually answer the phone - only to tell me to have a prior chart faxed over first. No problem - done that day. After that, NO ONE ever answered the main phone number so I could inquire about making an appointment and every time - 12 times total! I provided the information the recording asked that I leave; but NEVER did I receive a return call (as indicated I would). Absolutely the worst office protocol/staff, I've ever encountered. Help is needed - but we'll never know if Dr. Bailey was the one who could have provided it.

AWFUL SERVICE. When patients are feeling bad, it should not take the doctor and staff a week to get back with you. Not only that, doctor didn't even have my dosage of meds correct. They either have too many patients and Dr. Bailey cannot handle them all, or they are simply a poorly run office. This is not volunteer work! Get your act together. I started seeing Dr Bailey in 1995. At that time she wouldn't return phone calls. Didn't have a good relationship and found another doctor I could relate to. In 2019 my father sees her, he is 89 and has volatile diabetes. His diabetes is complicated because of other diseases. But no surprise, no call backs, left with feeling of lack of concern by the doctor. Based on my experience and my fathers experience I recommend people with complicated diabetes find another doctor who actually is committed to their patients. I love Dr, Bailey and her office staff is terrific. Laura is so sweet.

Dr. Bailey is so incredibly thorough, listens, explains, and she’s very kind! I went to another endocrinologist, Dr. Allabban, as a new patient and it was a polar opposite experience. Unbelievable. Dr. Bailey actually answered my questions and was interested in finding the cause to my condition. I was treated with kindness and respect by the entire staff. Dr. Bailey's office scheduled me in promptly and demonstrated professionalism and concern. I found Dr. Bailey's name listed in the Phoenix magazine as one of the top doctors of Endocrinology. I decided to make an appointment. She is a good listener, takes detailed notes and I found her to be a serious individual about my condition and getting it right. So far I am pleased with her as she has helped me with my metabolism, vit. D, calcium levels and thyroid issues. I highly recommended her.

I was hoping to like Dr. Bailey. The positive was that she spent a good amount of time at my 1st appointment. The thing that turned me off was that as I was going through my family history she didn't believe me that my father had a very rare adrenal issue. She wrote it off saying "he probably doesn't have that, it's really rare". Of course he has it. I am a thorough, concise individual and explained everything to her in-depth. There is no reason to doubt your patient. I will not return.

My experience with Dr. Bailey’s office has been anything but pleasant. Her consistency is that they’re always willing to schedule you 6 to 8 months out. Coming from the medical field, she has WAY too many patients to actually manage and manage well. She might want to note that when seeing patients you should probably try to remember their medical history before coming into the room. mistaking a total thyroidectomy patient for having a thyroid shows lack of knowledge of your patients...

Called today for a new patient appointment. They are scheduling new patients to be seen in December. 5 months. What a joke. This office seems to have several 1 star reviews for a very good reason.

She doesn't care to really help patients with Thyroid issues. She only wants to prescribe one thyroid med. IF it doesn't agree with you too bad.

Dr Bailey, please tell your staff that they really should treat your patients with more respect over the phone. I have been a patient for almost 10 years and do not deserve to have someone let out a huge sigh, like its a real bother, when I ask a few questions.

Dr. Bailey made such drastic and WRONG adjustments it threw me into a thyroid coma that took 6weeks to recover from. Lost 2/3rds of my hair & gained 20lbs!! DO NOT GO TO Dr. Bailey

I saw another provider in her office and I'm so glad I found them!!! I got in quickly, hardly waited in the waiting room or in the room. She took So much time listening to me and explaining everything. I did end up with a prescription which was sent to my pharmacy easily. Office staff was great! I got answers i hoped not to hear, but I loved the honest and how well she explained it all! She didn't leave out my husband.

She has excellent listening and communication skills. She is very thorough and takes time to give detailed answers in layman's terms. She explains all the options and why she is recommending certain tests and paths forward. Her knowledge about thyroid issues is extensive.

I don't take time to write negative reviews. I let others do that. But in this case, it's a social justice! Go at your own risk. Never have I seen a Dr that's more apathetic towards patients or in the way in which her staff treats them. I could've died from an adrenal crisis because of this Dr grossly undermedicating me. Thank God the National Adrenal Disease foundation warned me. I still wound up in the hospital with seizures but managed to get more meds in me in time!

I have been a patient of Dr. bailey's for over 15 years . She has a big job with me and my diabetes ! She is an amazing dr. And truly cares for her patients ! Her staff is also very helpful. I would highly recommend her to others , once you get in to be her patient you won't want to go anywhere else ??

I have seen Dr. Bailey for years, and she is a terrific Physician. Her staff on the other hand are horrible. They are not courteous, respectful of my time, or pleasant to work with at all. I have had Pharmacies give up on renewing my prescriptions due to the lack of attention on their part. I have also had many of my appointments cancelled, and forced to reschedule on a specific date and time which did not work for me at all. Either it was this time, or 4 months out I was told. I cannot exclaim how bad the patient service really is. I work for an excellent health system, and these folks would be asked to go elsewhere. Dr Bailey answers my questions before I even ask them. She cares , listens and spends as much time as needed,I don't feel rushed.I recommend 100%,the best doctor in her field.

Dr Bailey is a phenomenal, brilliant physician. I recommend her to pretty much everyone I know because I know that her clinical aptitude is far beyond any endocrinologist I've ever had in my past. However, the wait time at the office is AWFUL. Don't plan anything for 2+ hours after your appointment time because that's how long it takes to get out of there. Also, if you need to cancel your appt with short notice (a month or less), it takes 3-4 months to get another one:( But she's awesome!

Wait time is RIDICULOUS! I have been currently waiting over an hour to be seen and was then asked if I'd like to see a nurse practitioner instead. Really? Yeah waiting six months to see a nurse practitioner is exactly what I want. Save yourself - go somewhere else!!
