Dr. A, listen to what was wrong with me, gave me options that would work for me and we continue with a treatment. She was easy to talk to, and would recommend her to help with your needs.

Excellent professionalism.

Dr. Adler is a superb podiatrist. She assess and works quickly, And she knows just what to do and does it with minimal discomfort. I give her high marks for each phase of my visit.

Dr Adler was professional, caring and listened. Very informative and a really nice person.

Dr Adler is a super doctor. UHS needs work on medication records but that has to do with UHS and my chart needs to be corrected on that so we could have it easier access for them nurses. Otherwise five star Dr Adler.

My visit was great. The nurse was great & informative. Dr. Adler was very nice. She explained in detail what was going on with my Toe issue. Answered all my questions. Cut my toenails, & dressed the sore on my toe. Couldn't have been a better visit. Would recommend their office in a heartbeat !!!!

Efficient, timely, response to my appointment. All staff were friendly. Dr. Adler is so knowledgble and sensitive to my problem. No nonsense and helpful in every way. I recommend her highly.

I was ok with my visit until I came home and read my after summery notes. the symptoms we discussed were totally opposite in the notes. on the good note Joan was very pleasant. I was given a new med to try and she tried to get me into another department sooner.

Dr Adler is very kind with great listening skills. She made some excellent recommendations for my foot issues. She called me the same day as my blood work results were in. Very nice and spent a lot of time with me. Very caring and answered all my questions. Highly recommend her.

Everything ran to the scheduled time. It was very professionally done. All personnel that I met were friendly and efficent. The follw-up report was on chartmaker by the time I went home.

Had concerns with bunion surgery 3 months after surgery preformed but told not to come in to office. Finally had to push to come in at 4 month (now out of post op coverage), Joan adler was condescending, annoyed by our concerns and insulting. Since then I have had to have 2 correction surgeries (1st was extensive last year with 13 week recovery/ 2nd this year with 6 week recovery at HSS NYC) to try to diminish the pain I was left with from Adler’s surgery. My foot was left worse condition than it was with my bunion originally. Bunion reoccurred in less then a year and large toe joint bone is misshapen from Adler. Tried calling UHS multiple times but that went no where as office never followed up with me. Bad review left on UHS site seemed to disappear after posting. DO NOT go to Joan adler for any kind of surgery. She should not be allowed to operate anymore. To your response- as stated above I did call Patient Relations (using the phone number you listed) multiple times and spoke with Vicki. Even got a ticket number assigned to our complaint by UHS. On one call was told by Vicki that the Adler’s office manager was told but then they never contacted us. Called again on status and Vicki said the office manager should have called us so since that Avenue wasn’t followed by the office we were told a supervisor would be notified to follow up with us but again we heard from no one and nothing was done. Dr. Adler is simply one of the great doctors in our community. She is friendly, professional, and takes the time to listen as well as explain any concerns you may have. She is very caring about her patients.

Dr Adler is a very caring and concerned Dr. The staff was very helpful also. Highly recommend.

Dr. Adler regularly gives the same thoughtful attention to my toenails as she does for my general foot health. She combines skill with attentiveness and offers sound and useful insights, making useful recommendations. She suggests courses of action a well as treatments that are positive.

Dr. Adler was professional and thorough. I had what I thought was a piece of glass in my foot but it was a callus in the arch of my foot. She got rid of the callus (dealing with my anxiety very well.) She explained my options regarding my toe nails. I felt that she listened to me. She has a no nonsense way about her which I liked. I have been going to see Dr. Adler for many years and I trust her implicitly. She is the epitome of good bedside manner And she truly cares about her patients’ well-being. I have had to have several surgeries including ingrown toenails, hammer toes, and a broken foot and I knew that each time, regardless of her packed schedule, she would give me the most excellent care. Dr, Adler fixed my foot and was very kind and pleasant, The whole group was excellent.

Dr.. Adler is professional and personal, and she spent a lot of time with me diagnosing the problem with my foot and suggesting a plan to alleviate the pain. She was gentle when she did a procedure on the bottom of my foot. She asked wonderful questions and took a personal interest in me. Dr. Adler performed surgery on my foot 12 years ago. From reading the x-rays that were taken today, her work has held up perfectly. I am grateful to her for pads and advice that will help me cope with the discomfort. Dr.. Appointment made for 3:30 and didn't get in the little exam room until after 4:00. Doctor maybe was in the room for 10 minutes or so and hopefully what's was suggested works otherwise I'll live with the way it is. We'll see if in 3 months there's a difference.

Very dissatisfying experience. She accused me of being a drug addict in a condescending way when I asked for pain medication after I broke my foot. She did a terrible job with the break and two surgeries later, I am still in pain. Not happy and still trying to find someone to help with this mess.

This was a very strange appointment. I took my son to a live appointment so the Doctor could look at his deformed toe nails. The doctor barely glanced at them and never touched them. Granted my son (3 years old) was crying but it still felt like a waste of time. The Doctor offered to sell me medicine if I had money with me. Odd. I did not purchase the medicine at the front desk or even the nurse's station but handed cash to the Doctor herself. Not very professional. I could have easily scheduled a virtual visit and saved myself 80 minutes of driving for a 10 minute appointment. I didn't feel like the doctor explained things well even though I tried to ask a lot of questions. We will seek a 2nd opinion from a different doctor in the future. Satisfied with my treatment and experience with Dr Adler. She's kind and caring and she took time to fully explain her treatment plan. The staff are well organized and very kind as well. I never waited more than 5 minutes in the waiting room or patient room.
