Dr. Joahn Jesse Hall

I've been with Dr Hall for several years now and I'm glad I switched providers a few months ago. Unfortunately, because of my specialty and travel needs, I wast able to previously. It is difficult to find another Dr but I finally was able to. I can't really blame the staff for being well below standard in professionalism as to a Dr office setting because their leadership allows people to run out of thier necessary prescriptions every month or refill cycle. They know these things as they blow off people's desperate calls for help. Don't get me wrong, Dr Hall is kind to you but her actions leave you feeling as though she has a split personality and how could someone so caring leave me out to dry on my medications. It's unbelievable how many times this happened in my years with Dr. Hall I could even start weeks ahead of time and still have to go days without my meds. The office is ran as though they do nothing for anything unless it's over due by 3 days. Voice mail is always full. POOR

While Dr. Hall was very nice and knowledgeable, the office staff is terrible, and her communication with them is terrible. She told us she was ordering labwork, but it never got ordered. When I called to follow up, the office told me that they didn't know what labwork she wanted and it would be faster to just set up another doctor's appointment for someone else to come out the following week. I asked if they could just call her and the staff said no. It took months and several doctors appointments to get prescriptions for the medications that he needed and even then, they sent them with no refills, so it was like pulling teeth to get them again. No one answers the office phones most of the time and all of the voicemails are always full, so forget about leaving a message. I finally decided it was easier and less stressful just to get a wheelchair van and take my grandfather to a real doctor's office than have to waste my life calling this office multiple times/week.

I am so disappointed in this clinic. Their mailbox has been full for MONTHS and no one will call back for scheduling. I called them for a refill request over a week ago and they still have not contacted my pharmacy. I would absolutely NOT recommend this facility. I am so disappointed in this clinic. If you have any type of immigrant medical examination to be done DONT GO TO THIS CLINIC. staff is absolutely awful and there’s just one doctor and tons of patients so get ready to wait a while before you will get even seen. They charge abnormal amount for the simple examination as well. Try to Go to the local Heath department They will do it for much less but you have to have an appointment. But not this place. They attended to my medical exam and vaccination needs on time. In addition they have given me the most affordable prices in regard to getting all this done

Dr. Hall does not return phone calls. I have been trying to get my prescription renewed for 5 days now and today i have ran out of my neccessary medicine and she wont even return my call. All it would take is a few minutes to call the pharmacy but she is obviously too busy doing other things. I dont understand how she can be taking new patients when she isnt even taking care of the ones she has.
