HORRIBLE DOCTOR. does not give you the time of day and is extremely negative. Office is so unwelcoming such a bad experience. Honestly so disgusted by the whole situation I just encountered.

Dr Joanne Pullen takes her profession in an exeptional way by the care and concern shes gave me as a person who dedicated her time effort in taking care of my health and overall wellness.

Dr. P is fine when it comes to a cough or cold. When it comes to handling a regular medication that you need, filling out her paperwork, and her due diligence when it comes to prior authorizations, refills, or working w 21st century electronics versus fax and snail mail, I couldn't speak lower to the quality of service. Every single month I run out of my daily hormone meds, and am left waiting, sick and desperate, a week overdue, from her ineptitude. Find another Dr if you need consistent care.

Dr. Pullen is so great. She is a true scientist and will follow up on issues until they are solved. I travel 100 miles to see her! I feel very well cared for and that means a lot to me.

I am trying to help my father out who has had multiple strokes and Dr. Pullen's Nurse (Nancy) stated that they cannot write a memo for me to have me to be transferred from my job out to California due to the fact that my dad has no ties with me, when back in January a memo was written. However, the same day I have spoken with my father and he told me that he never said what Nancy told me over the phone. Nancy always rushes you off the phone and hangs up on you. Very unprofessional!

I made this appointment a weeks out and both my husband and I took time off from work only to have the nurse call us the day of the appointment and cancel it and hang up in our face. We drove down to try to speak with the doctor directly and Dr. Pullen refused to speak with us. If that's how patients are treated before they actually receive medical care what does that say about the practice. Nancy the nurse is definitely in the wrong profession.
