She actually takes the time to listen to you and takes what you say seriously. She saved my life. When other Dr's couldn't find out in 6 yrs what was wrong, she did in 2 days. Best bedside manner I've seen too. Thank you Dr. Deal. You're the best.

I was a transfer case from another county it was 2014 the hospital was certain that I would not survive. Later on mom fell I'll with MRSA to. Deal saved both of our lives I am 27 years old and survived MRSA recurrent, flu and the covid, strep the month before the covid and I have cvid . Out of 48 doctors as a child she was the only one who took the time to run the cvid test for both me and mom . It was positive . Our immune systems does not work. I fear once deal retires that I may die simply because the new generation of doctors are for money not love and care . Everything is half way now but not Dr. Deal. As of today I am declared as a internal medicine / infectious disease medical trainee and will be the same sort of doctor as she is . If I could do the work for free I would simply because a person's life is dear to me . Unfortunately the world require money to survive. If there were a thing as 10 stars I'd give them to her 150%

Superior physician and diagnostician. Beyond thorough and questioning is always pertinent when determining a diagnosis and plan of action. Dr. Deal is a diamond in the rough.

I have used Dr Deal for about 5 years and I have not found another doctor who is as through as she is. I would recommend Dr Jo Deal to anyone who will listen and wants to improve their health. She has made my life so much better.

Dr. Deal has been my doctor for 20 years. She literally saved my life. She far beyond her duty! I have never heard of a doctor as caring and as genuine as she is. I love her like she is a member of my family!

Dr. Deal is exceptional in her field. I would highly recommend her over and over again. A doctor who listens to a patient and helps them find out what's going on is a rarity. She s ver warm and caring physician and has been excellent with my deaf son.

Dr. Deal was very thorough and took time to not only understand and examine my conditions, but she worked with me to set up a plan of action in order to find out what is going on with my body and why. She explained terms that I did not understand, without being condescending. The office staff was fabulous. Everyone had a smile & an encouraging word to share with me. I went into that appointment not hoping for much; I left with a bit of hope and a feeling that someone still cares.

My mother saw Dr. Deal and we really liked her. Unfortunately her office staff is unprofessional, talks over clients while talking down to them, makes excuses for not returning calls and hangs up on clients. Lisa McAlpin, office manager, was rude, as was Jennifer the receptionist. It is a shame people needing help from A physician have to endure such treatment to get the medical treatment they need. No wonder they had a nurse walk out.
