I’m would give them a 0 literally because I usually go to this place but my glasses broke and I couldn’t make the drive up the hill and they made it difficult to get my prescription to go to a closer facility only because it was an emergency I had to go to a close by location I love this place but it was an emergency and they made it so difficult to just to mail of fax my prescription I called and the lady pretended to be on the other line with someone ealse I stayed polite the whole time because i really did like this place but things happened were I had to go to a closer location because I couldn’t make the hour drive and they made it hard for me !!!! I still haven’t got me Prescription witch is my right to Get it !

I've been coming here since 2010, I love the staff and Dr. Two. I would highly recommend this eye doctor.

Horrible! Don't be fooled by the one-star reviews. They are accurate. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt, but the personnel is unprofessional and rude. They mislead you into believing that your insurance will pay the cost of your appointment and frames/lenses.They say it's not covered once you get there. Furthermore, they do not honor their one-year warranty if your glasses break. This is a location to avoid. Horrible! Don't be fooled by the one-star reviews. They are accurate. Eh, the staff is a little rude on the phone and totally different in real life. It's clean but boy do they got some ugly glasses.

I will never recommend this establishment to anyone. The staff is extremely unprofessional. While I was in the waiting room there was a patients mother complaining to one of the receptionist that she was not satisfied with the care her son was given. Then one of the other receptionist started yelling profanities at her boyfriend outside the office mind you the door was left open for everyone to hear. She kept going in and out of the office to continue to fight with boyfriend. The wait was long and come to find out she was the one to test my daughters vision. While she was doing the testing she was texting someone. Not focusing on my daughter. When it’s time to see the OD he is completely rude doesn’t communicate with me and mid way yells at my daughter. The best Optometrist Office in the High Desert!!! From the minute we walked in everyone working there was so kind and helpful. My daughter has special needs and these ladies and the Dr. treated her so special. Thank you Dr. Two's office for providing amazing customer service!!!

Horrible customer service via PHONE ???? The lady who always answers the phone FORGETS she puts you on hold ! Smh ????‍♀️ but going there was fine , the service was ok ✅ IN PERSON though.

Place is nice and clean. They're pretty nice in person, on the phone is totally different thing(rude) I ended up having to change eye doctors because of insurance, so I decided to go here. Told the doctor of my eye condition before we got started and he proceeded to do the exam without even listening to me. So when I went back in 3 weeks to pick up my glasses I couldn't see because, The glasses weren't done right so they went back. Another 4 weeks went back same thing now here we are 4 and a 1/2 months later no call so I decided to call to find out when I can come pick up my glasses mind you I've paid almost $300 so I called finally, will not ever go back there again Place is nice and clean. If you have eye insurance, I'd pass on this place. I have insurance and upon asking them if my glasses were covered under said insurance, they said yes. This was the first lie. They proceeded to then 'call' my insurance company and then told me that items I wanted on my Rx glasses were not covered. Also a lie. Lesson: Don't believe people are always going to be professional and take the high road, they will not, and this office is a perfect example. If you have eye insurance, I'd pass on this place. Front desk lady was rude. Maybe she was having a bad day but was acting like it was my wife and my fault.

I do not understand why some of the employees are so RUDE, especially LAURA. This places ratings do not reflect the service for me! I am very disappointed with the Dr. as well, its very hard to understand him when he speaks, so its very frustrating to say the least, one time he asked my child a question and my child couldn't understand him, and he got upset with my child, and said, " DO YOU WANT THE GLASSES OR NO!" I called this place because it was rated 4 stars. On the phone the receptionist told me the fees which was $90 plus an additional $60 I said it was fine. I REMEMBER BECAUSE I WROTE IT DOWN. I show up and the receptionist doesn’t even try to take or access my insurance. When I went to the back with a female worker with highlights she doesn’t even show me that she cleaned the machines and I put my face on it. I didn’t even see her clean it after I was done either. When my doctor is marking the paperwork he takes me the desks at the front of the shop and these two ladies one with black hair and the other with highlights are gossiping right in front of me. I’m standing there waiting to be attended and she asks me if I need something ten minutes later I said yes I’m waiting for my paperwork to be filled out. The lady in the black hair helps and tells me the doctor didn’t finish filling out the form so I have to wait again. She’s comes back without saying a word she’s fills out my prescription and doesn’t give me any instructions on where to pay. I ask her okay where do I go to pay no response she tells me “all you asked for was the prescription” so I get up and go to the receptionist and she tells me the lady with the black hair needs to help me and I said she didn’t help at all. After all this she charges me an extra ten dollars and I told her you didn’t charge me this on the phone I called you and she lied and denied it. We leave and then come back in attempt to get my personal information off record. I confront the lady that was gossiping about me and she comes out saying “IM A GANGSTER” I said why would you say that in a work place be professional. She terrorized me as a customer. The lady in the highlights that claims to be a gangster then continues to cuss me out. While all this is happening the doctor doesn’t even bother to come out at all. Been going here quite awhile and procedure was always fast and simple but when Covid started, I don’t believe the optometrist doctor was wearing a mask and I didn’t feel like they were being clean up to standards for Covid. Felt uncomfortable and the staff was okay but it just all felt weird.

They get the job done. That's the only positive thing. I don't understand why they have such a high score when their service is HORRIBLE. I chose this place because of their ratings but BELIEVE ALL the reviews on the bad customer service, they're not lying. Receptionist and the rest have an attitude problem. They talk about each other behind their backs and in front of clients. They also talk about clients. They all just want to sit back on their behind and pass the work around to each other. When they talk to you they don't do it in a nice way. Talk to them back how they're talking to you and they will tone it down. Find yourself a better place. OH AND BY THE WAY, IT IS TRUE, THEY DON'T DISINFECT MACHINES AFTER EACH USE. Also, they don't even ask how you feel with your glasses they just hand them to you and expect you to leave. I just called to inquire about my daughter's glasses and I understand what the whole covet thing which once again she was explaining what exactly they were saying in the news. but I did not know that the glasses were made in state prisons cuz that's what the clerk told me over the phone. I am very happy with the great experience and desire to improve my quality of life. The excellent office staff such as Roxana, Laura, and Xiomara are professionals, nice and friendly. I definitely recommend Doctor Two Jintau, who is one of the best Optometrists in the High Desert.

Laura in the front desk was amazing and so helpful! When my insurance was terminated she kept checking and checking if it was reinstated and saved me a lot of time and frustration! I appreciate her hard work and consideration!

I used to love it here . I ordered glasses was told it would be 3 days ..two weeks ago . Maybe today they said! No one can give me a ETA Never again

My wife Suzanne Record ordered glasses, and when she got them they were defective so they sent them back, they came back defective again she asked for a refund they first said no, finally they gave half a refund who ever heard of such a thing? Doctor and staff are nice but dont seem to know much on helping you understand any terms you may be unfamiliar with and concerns you have. Doctor is quick but doesnt seem to really tell you anything. Last time I went he didnt notice anything till I mentioned that my eyes seem to have gotten worse. He simply agrees and that's the end of the appointment. Doesnt seem helpful. Gone there for a few years and each time my eyesight keeps declining and they say it's normal and should normalize eventually. It's been 5 years and counting and my eyes keep progressively getting worse... My family has been going to this optometrist for the past 3-4 years. We’ve had a pleasant experience each time we’ve visited. Xiomara is a very big help and nice too. 100% would recommend and we will be coming back.

They work really fast and do not give you a chance to understand what’s going on with your eyes. I believe they give everyone glasses even if they don’t need them. I had a horrible experience with them

Great Service....The Staff Is Always Professional and There Glasses Are A Reasonable Price My Kid's And I Have Been Going To Them For Year's

I have used this Eye Dr since I was a child. He was always kind and fast with his appointments. His staff are beyond sweet and helpful. As an adult with three kids, I take them here as well. They are helpful and great with the kids as well. Wouldn’t think of going anywhere else.

Always said I was lying and never needed glasses, as soon as I seen another optometrist, he immediately told me I had a stigmatism. Dr. Two doesn't talk to his patients much but when he does the exams, he goes way to fast and you're not able to understand clearly. Good to go to if you don't have great insurance but you're better off going to the swap meet. Never will revisit. I love this place is always fast and clean and the dr and staff are nice

Bad customer service. Was seated in room with my son for his exam, and was not even acknowledged by Dr. He walked in and out so fast and didn't explain a single thing. He has way too many patients booked at same time and like about six chairs. People were standing everywhere. Will never return.
