Dr Liang is a very personable Dr she has helped me more than once neck pain headaches etc

Dr. Liang is an excellent Dr. She is extremely driven to help her patients in many different ways, very friendly, a great listener, and is a true gift. I followed her to ILBJ from Northwestern, and just love how much she has helped my difficult situation. She never gives up on you and is so friendly! I will follow her till she retires. Ty Dr! for never giving up on my chronic pain.

Dr.Liang is a caring and compassionate physician. She is knowledgeable about conventional medicine and effective research based alternative options for pain. Highly recommend.

Dr. Liang and her team are very professional and warm and friendly. My back pain was very severe, Dr. Liang did what she could to make me as comfortable as possible while my body heeled. She explained what she could do and gave me choices as how to proceed. It was really a breath of fresh air to sit down with a Dr. and not get a boat load of pills as answers.

Dr. Liang is awesome! She really listens & seems to really want to help get to the bottom whatever your root issue is & help solve it. I had an immobilizing pinched nerve in my cervical spine that radiated down my right arm & into my wrist & thumb. The ER didn't take any imaging & sent me home with a few muscle relaxers. I was in level 7-8 pain for two months at least. I couldn't drive. I couldn't lift my arm. Trying to find a chiropractor who takes my insurance was next to impossible and my primary care physician referrals we're booked at least three months out. After 15 minutes with Dr. Liang she already had a plan in placeto help with a pinched nerve and the degenerative disc disease that was causing it. She knew exactly what it was going to take to get my insurance company on board. I was so relieved when I left her office! Dr. Liang is awesome! I think the only tool she has in her toolbelt for pain is an epidural shot, If that doesn't work for your pain she can no longer help you with your pain. I love her staff, however, she did not leave me with a feeling of caring at all.

I already have told people about her. She is wonderful.

Dr and her staff were impeccable! First time painless in years. put her finger right on the problem and a shot later pain free. Amazing

Horrible encounter with this Dr. She forgot to order specialty drug after she said she could get it quickly At first she seemed to be legitimate but when medication did not get ordered she asked me to come in for another appointment and at that time she told me I had a mental problem and she would not treat me. This occurred because after a week the medication was not ordered because she said she forgot.. After that I had to travel to Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago to get the same treatment which they administered Dr. Liang has a problem and her problem is not me. She might know how to give injections but she is not a Dr. who knows how to deal with diversity and patients various conditions.. I called the hospital administration and told them about my encounter with Dr. Linag because she could be treating other patients like she treated me but might not tell anyone. I used to work for a social service agency who worked with elder abuse victims. I have no doubt that Dr. Liang's treatment of me would easily fall into a form of elder abuse. Horrible experience. Dr. Liang gave me trigger point injections in my neck and they helped so much. I am proud to be a member of her team!

I saw Dr. Liang for a knee injury. I was seen quickly. My knee pain was relieved with a cortisone injection. She was very professional, patient and caring. I would highly recommend her.

I was having HORRIBLE neck pain and when I called the office to schedule appt the woman was very nice and worked with me to get me an appt asap. I went in for my appt and everyone was kind and office was very clean. Dr. Liang was extremely helpful and very informative. Dr. Liang and Jo are a blessing. First of all this Doctor does not ...I said does NOT administer drugs. She was patient, kind and caring and this was genuine. I can tell when someone reads off a script or truly does not care and her whole staff was outstanding...I walked in feeling like a 90 year old woman, hunched over and walked out feeling the best I have felt in years! She fully explained my MRI. She took the time because she cares. A huge THANK YOU...I feel awesome and owe it all to you. After almost two weeks of lower back pain I wasn't able to walk, sit, or bend without a nerve twitch and pain. After a few visits and an injection from Dr. Liang, I was moving with more mobility and pain free. I was incredibly pleased by Dr. Liang and her staff.

I am a patient of Dr. Liang's and she is a very caring and compassionate Doctor. She has been very knowledgable and effective in treating my back and neck issues. I have recommended her to family and friends and will continue to do so.

To many horrible things to say about this Dr. She is in the wrong occupation. Beware.

Dr. Liang answered questions that other doctors could not and had a way of helping the pain I have had for over 2 years. I would highly recommend her.

I called over a month ago after getting referral from primary doctor to see orthopedic dr. A friend was a patient and recommended her. Had to wait a month for appointment. In pain the whole month. After receiving email confirmation, reminding me that I would be charged if I missed appointment, and a call reminding me, and again telling me that I would be charged if I missed appointment, the office called me at 4;20 the day before my 145 appointment the next day to tell me they were canceling. They said I could come in 8 days later. I could not make that time because of work conflict. Dr was leaving next day for 3 week vacation. After I told them I thought this was VERY unprofessional and I am in pain, the y told me to find another dr and hung up on me. All she did was tell me to lose weight and exercise. She would not do anything to help with my pain.
