Dr. Jimmy Nolan Ponder JR.

Dr. Ponder and his staff made my life enjoyable again after pain blocks in my neck and my back. I was in a bad wreck and was in horrible pain, but they made my life enjoyable and livable again, pain free! I cannot recommend Dr. Ponder enough. He helped me so much. He is a God send!

The first (and only) time I ever saw this physician I disliked him. It was quite obvious he made judgements about me because I simply asked for my x-ray results. I know (I'm in the medical field) that many patients with substance abuse problems frequently ask for a copy of results. I wanted the results because I have a new PCP and I wanted to give her a copy and keep one for my records. Because of this, he assumed I was planning on surgery to correct the problem (to obtain narcotics). I told him I absolutely didn't want surgery, and that's why I came there, to get steroid Injections. I left feeling resentful and upset. I intentionally return to the center on days he is not there.

I LIKE THEM AND THEY ARE HELPING ME BUT IT IS TAKING A LONG TIME TO GET IT DONE. IT TAKES A WHILE TO GET STARTED ON SOMETHING THEN THEY DO GOOD. THE WORK THEY DO IS GOOD BECAUSE THE PAIN ISN'T NEAR AS BAD AS BEFORE.

Best treatment and care I have ever experience!

The office paperwork looks like it came from 1970. I had to write the same information over and over. A small cheap tablet could collect the data ONCE and populate it to each page that it is required on. SO ANNOYING !!! The wait to see the PA was very long. 1 hour and 30 minutes. The PA seemed to be helpful and knowledgeable.

Ponda and his staff when I see you took good care of me they really did too good care of me I have been dealing with Dr, I say about him Oba 11 years or more before I I switch over to another doctor pain management doctor Dr Luis Hernandez pain management doctor in full and thankful to have him in my life both of them cuz the whole staff there was good to me there was like they took care of me there was very patient with me just spend time with me trying to make sure I was okay I mean I have so much good things to say about him I just I miss him all but I thank God for him thank y'all so much much love Miss Robinson Constance Doctor panda Jimmy.
