This doctor dismissed my foot pain I was a Diabetic when I saw him. I have suffered wi so much discomfort since then..Now it's chronic probably beyond fixing the isdue..

Very rude staff they need extra training and they need to learn how to speak with patients I don't know whether it was a lack of training or lack of manners very inexperienced and it seemstseems afraid of the doctor. I have to agree with the poor reviews with this doctor. I felt he rushed with my mom's appointment. He greeted us, yes. The appointment was for my mom's calluses. As he was treating her, my mom was having a little pain, and he just pretty much ignored it and didn't seem to be compassionate. I asked, while he was removing the calluses, if he could cut my mom's toe nails and he responded with a little chuckle. Yes, you read that correct. He chuckled. I asked, 'I'm not sure what's so funny.' He asked if they hurt and I said yes. Do they have to hurt?? If it's a procedure that he can do why do you need a reason, just do it. You're getting paid. The $200 was worth the price to help my mom's relief. Oh, btw, the appointment was the first in the morning and the trash was overflowing. The sink was dirty. There was a dead bug on the floor, and ant granules in a corner. A tv screen tilted verticle; and the clipper he used on my mom, he placed them back in the bag of tools without disinfecting them or cleaning them. And no one in his staff including him wore a mask. Made me uncomfortable to be there, none of his staff wore a mask (including him), he put on gloves halfway through touching my feet several times, I could not figure out if he or anyone sanitized the room or the tools he used before/after (granted I didn’t ask but that one is on me). I did not see him wash his hands when entering or exiting the room, and he didn’t really talk to me throughout. The appointment felt rushed and I didn’t leave feeling like I understood what he was telling me to do or telling me about. He did help by cutting off some of the loose toenail I have. Overall I don’t think I’ll be returning

Very friendly staff. Easy to set up an appointment with him. Most places are booked out for two months or more and with Angelo Podiatry it was about 2 weeks! Dr. Lummus answered all the questions I had about my issue. I felt very comfortable with him and his staff. Would recommend him to everyone who has plantar fasciitis or any kind of foot problem :)

Dr Lummus did my bunion surgery very recently and although he seems friendly/experienced, I don't think I will go back to his office once my required follow-ups are complete. The two employees he has running his office, mainly one, always seemed grumpy and like anything I asked was bothering them. Whenever I got off the phone with one of them she wouldn't even say "bye" or "thank you" just "mhmm" even though I was always friendly. Requesting/asking anything was like pulling a tooth with them.
