Unfortunately my encounter with Dr. Guerra was awful that it requires a review, something I don't typically do. Because of his carelessness of my symptoms, he attempted to discharge me after misdiagnosing me. I tried challenging him and his medical opinions - given my medical background, and I knew was not medically ready to go home. I had to go to a second hospital who confirmed what I already knew and contradicted Dr. Guerra's diagnosis. Had I allowed him to continue to "care" for me or go through with his discharge, my outcome could have been worse. He does not listen to his patients, does not care to do specific tests or actually treat patients proactively. If you want to live, or want your family to live, avoid this physician at all costs.

This man is condescending and has horrible bedside manners. The way he spoke and glared at me when describing my problems made me very uncomfortable. Don't request him. Ever.
