I'm not understanding this having to call daily to get in. Use to, you could call, if they were full, you made an appointment for next available. People's jobs aren't going to wait for that if they require you to see a Dr for taking a day off work. It's very inconvenient. Hopefully this is temporary. The Dr I use to see is just gone, no explanation, now I have to call every morning until they have an appointment. I'm going to have to change my rating until I see if this changes or if I need to find another Dr. They are friendly. Usually not a long wait. The new Dr did refer my son out to a Dr he needed. I appreciate that. That particular issue had been kinda ignored until that point. All in all, not a bad place. Some of my diagnosis are not recorded, but I've ran into that at other drs I see as well. Like Drs verbally say you have something, but it's not charted anywhere. Like my fibromyalgia. They charted the neuropathy. I'm not sure why that happens. I think I'm going to make an appt to discuss it. My friend has significant chest pain. She did a chest x-ray as instructed. Twelve hrs later she still has no results or plan of care. Do not go to this facility. They don't care about you.

Absolute scam of a medical provider. They overcharge.. they are understaffed. Had to wait 3 hours just to see a nurse. The were rude and entitled. I would not send my worst enemy here.

This place isn't the worst, but it's certainly not good. I went here for 10 years on and off - since I was 11. STAY AWAY if you are a young person with chronic illness. I believe Dr. Jill Vosler means well, but she's very ableist and dismissive. She blamed my issues on my weight and says I'm too young to have all of these issues. She brushed off my joint pain and other issues since I was a kid, so I grew up convincing myself I was crazy and ignored it. Come to find I have a genetic connective tissue disease that I was born with, that explains all of my symptoms. I was often treated like a hypochondriac or an "anxious woman". She knows very little about rare disease and does no investigating at all. If she'd addressed my issues when I was younger, I believe I wouldn't be in so much pain today. They're good about honoring labs and specialist requests. That's it. They don't follow-up with lab results, and always messed up referrals. I had to do everything myself and play detective. I was so miserable and stressed during my years of care here. The nurse practitioners, Amy Walworth especially, and Amy Werts, are best here. There's also very long wait times and short, rushed appointments. Even though they're rarely busy. I recommend you just stay away. This place isn't the worst, but it's certainly not good. Dr. Jill and staff are great! They provide excellent care!

Never met Jill but, I was seen by an Amy. She was great and so were the staff.

Some of the physicians and nurse practitioners are great, but the John guy is awful. We took my granddaughter in on Feb 6th for chest congestion and he said she had stomach virus. Her symptoms got worse with a fever starting on 16th. We took her in on the 18th he wouldn't do a chest xray and again said a virus. We took her to Children's hospital later the same day and she had an ear infection and upper respiratory infection. Dr. Jill is very nice. However when you can't get in to see to even get a refill for two weeks that doesn't do any good. I take the same medication every month. It just makes sense to me to have a standing appointment to get a refill. When I went to the window the women was on her phone. And said their running behind. 3 people in the waiting room. Two are new patients and me. Now I have to go even longer for medications I need. I looked at another doctor in Eaton needless to say it's a small town and they're related so I was told no. I'm moving to another doctor in a different city so I can be treated with more respect. Dr. Jill is very nice. Very professional and caring.

I take my daughter to see Dr. Vosler. She is very intelligent and doesn't seem rushed like most doctors. She is also great at listening to the patient and doesn't have a "God complex" like many doctors have!

Jill Vosler is my (92 yrs old) mother's doctor; and I usually attend all her appointments with her. The caring and detail that Jill goes through each time to give my mother the BEST care she can is so impressive to me. She is genuine through and through and gives the care she would for her on family members. God Bless her every Day! Also her staff...
