The doc was late and the staff was unkind. My appointment was delayed over 37 minutes and when I wanted to leave and asked for the paper I filled up the staff was being rude and said that they will charge for the treatment which I never got it. Did a lot of waiting. Never got to see the doctor. I used the online portal to setup an appointment at a specific time. The office confirmed the appt with me via phone this AM. They confirmed they had all my insurance info already. I let them know I had no time to fill out their paperwork in advance. Upon arrival I was 5 minutes late. I spent 15 mins filling out the repetitive pages of paperwork. I then sat 20 more minutes. I then was taken back, x-rayed, then told the doctor was starting a surgery and could I see a different doctor. I said ok but it was not my first preference. I then waited another 20 and left the office 65 minutes after I arrived without seeing the doctor (technically I “saw” the doctor, she did stand in the lobby for 5 minutes or so talking to a guy dropping off a foot brace while I was waiting) If they did not have time to see me today I wish they had told me earlier OR not have had this appointment slot as an option for me to select originally. Incredible people, especially Dr. Jill!! Wonderful experience. I highly recommend these guys!!

First off, the office is extremely neat, elegant, comfortable. Dr Stepnicka is one of the most professional, caring, awesome doctors I have ever met in my entire life. I have had two successful, extremely effective surgeries performed by her. I highly recommend her and her practice.

Dr. Jill Stepnicka & the whole staff at Ankle & Foot Centers GA - John's Creek are phenomenal! They are the poster children of what you wish you're getting but only see in Hallmark movies. They aren't saccharine sweet, they are just REAL. Their wait times are unreal! Most, if not all of our doctor appointments are typically, 90% waiting 10% issue(s).With Dr. Stepnicka & Co. it's 5% waiting (if even that) 95%+ is spent addressing concerns, needs, desired outcomes, & casual conversation about our lives sprinkled in (hers & ours...what!!?). If you need an extremely competent, give it to you straight, small town doctor in a big city vibe then Dr. Stepnicka & Ankle and Foot Centers of GA-John's Creek is where it's at!

My mom has seen Dr Stepnicka for several years now, and she takes special care of her patients, takes time to listen to health concerns, makes her patients feel at ease, and is a very good doctor.

I felt very comfortable as her patient. Dr. Stepnicka was very informative. She is very nice and shows that she cares for her patients.

Best doctor in the whole world!!!!

A very close family member first saw Dr. Stepnicka and he really liked her. When I called, staff on the phone seemed brusque @ 1st, but tone improved as we talked. By end of my 1st call, I was pleased & smiling. Young lady @ reception gave same 1st impression but definitely improved. Clinical staff were great, I was impressed. Dr. S is quick, efficient, listens well, suggested several treatment options and allowed me to decide. She gave me an injection. I left office feeling happy & less pain!
