Dr. Jill Helene Mushkat Conomy

DR MUSHKAT is fantastic doctor she is always there for you even after the patients. He is very compassionate to me. She is the best thing that ever happened to me. She has really helped me alot.

Dr. Mushkat is an excellent psychologist she has helped me move forward with my life. I had major back surgery that caused chronic pain and depression. I am working and going to graduate school while managing a family.

I saw her after having to change providers for insurance. Dr Mushkat was completely dismissive of my issues with pain from a stroke, she did not believe side effects from SSRI's were killing me. She claimed to have expertise with LBGT folk but was so ancient in her views and comments it was like the 50's.

She’s not a happy, smiley person. I feel very uncomfortable with Mushkat. I’m going to give 2 more visits and move on to someone else. I’ve had 2 visits, I recently had open heart, anxiety, fear, OCD, and PTSD and when I told her I’m not comfortable with doing something she simply said “Well I don’t like to pay taxes, but I have too”. I’m very sensitive and emotional and that was not helpful at all. EMKB Mentor, Oh. 1/26/21

Dr Mushkat showed no interest in engaging in any genuine manner .. wrote answers to her questions without acknowledging anything I talked about .. seemed totally 'burnt out' and disinterested .. did not talk about any game plan or give any constructive advice. VERY disappointing to say the least!!

She charged me more than $2,000 for an initial visit. I would never have made the appointment had I been advised of this. Her personal office is a mess. She has no helpful strategy or insight to offer a chronic pain patient. Overall, a completely miserable experience.

Fine with navigating The Clinic; however, should you ask for help regarding serious issues like depression, she is dismissive and no help whatsoever.

Dr. Mushkat is a very kind and sincere Psychologist. She is excellent to talk to and truly pays attention to you when your talking. She has made me a stronger person. I feel I have come a long way due to Dr. Mushkat's caring and patience with me. I would highly recommend her to anyone.
